Guests arrive in Paris and settle into their stateroom for an evening among the city’s illuminated landmarks, from the Eiffel Tower to the Arc de Triomphe.

A full day to explore the capital continues, with time to browse the Louvre, wander the Left Bank or simply take in a coffee at a Parisian café before an evening cocktail back on board.

The ship calls at the traditional village of La Roche-Guyon, home to a hilltop medieval castle carved partly into the chalk cliff behind it. The vessel continues to Vernon, where cobblestone streets and half-timbered houses lead toward Claude Monet’s celebrated gardens at nearby Giverny, the inspiration behind some of his most famous water lily paintings.
