Your first full day at sea to explore everything Celebrity Edge has to offer. From the iconic Magic Carpet to the resort-style pool deck, there’s no shortage of ways to spend a perfect day on the water.

Another leisurely day at sea as the ship heads north along the Australian coast. A great opportunity to indulge in the ship’s world-class dining, book a spa treatment, or simply relax with ocean views stretching out in every direction.

Arrive at 7:00am into Airlie Beach, the gateway to the spectacular Whitsunday Islands. Go ashore by tender and spend the day exploring this tropical paradise before returning to the ship by 4:00pm. Whether you join a sailing trip to Whitehaven Beach or simply stroll the esplanade, Airlie Beach delivers classic Queensland coastal charm.

Arrive by tender into Cairns at 8:00am and spend an overnight stop in one of Australia’s most iconic tropical destinations. With the Great Barrier Reef on your doorstep, this is the perfect opportunity to snorkel or dive the world’s largest coral reef system, take a scenic flight over the reef, or ride the Skyrail through the ancient Daintree Rainforest.

A second full day to make the most of everything Cairns and its surrounds have to offer. Head back out to the reef, explore the vibrant night markets, or venture inland to the Atherton Tablelands before returning to the ship ahead of departure at 9:00pm.

Arrive by tender at 7:00am into the charming village of Port Douglas, one of Queensland’s most picturesque coastal towns. Stroll along Four Mile Beach, browse the Sunday markets, or join a tour out to the Low Isles for snorkelling and swimming in crystal-clear waters. Depart at 6:00pm as the sun begins to set over the Coral Sea.

Of course, Port Douglas isn’t all natural beauty. It’s also a popular resort and marina town where travelers can enjoy life’s simple pleasures, from a plate of freshly shucked oysters straight from the marina to a dip in a glittering five-star resort pool. Arrive back into Sydney at 6:30am, refreshed and full of memories from an incredible journey along Australia’s stunning eastern coastline and tropical north.
