YOUR SHIP - The Viking Mira
Description
Viking Mira is one of Viking’s newest ocean ships, launched in 2024 and carrying 930 guests across a vessel built around the destination-focused philosophy that defines Viking’s approach to ocean cruising. Like all Viking ocean ships, Mira is designed around the principle that the experience ashore is the point of the voyage and everything onboard exists to support and enhance it rather than compete with it. The ship carries no casino, no children and no art auctions — the Explorers’ Lounge, the Library, the Nordic Spa and the Aquavit Terrace are the social spaces, and all are designed around comfort, conversation and the view outside rather than entertainment programming.
The all-inclusive model covers all meals across every dining venue including the World Cafe, the Restaurant, Manfredi’s Italian restaurant and the Chef’s Table, with wine, beer and soft drinks included at lunch and dinner throughout the voyage. One shore excursion per port is included as standard, 24-hour speciality coffees and teas are available throughout and all gratuities and Wi-Fi are covered from embarkation. The Nordic Spa and fitness centre are complimentary throughout the voyage. The Veranda Stateroom’s floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open to a full private veranda at every category, giving passengers an unobstructed connection to the Norwegian fjord scenery, Baltic islands and Scandinavian harbour arrivals that define this itinerary.
