About Emerald Star
Emerald Star is one of Emerald Cruises’ five sister Star-Ships, launched in 2014 and carrying 182 guests. Purpose-built for the Rhine, Main, Danube and Moselle rivers, Emerald Star combines spacious suites and staterooms with contemporary, understated public spaces designed for river cruising in comfort.
All meals on board are included, along with beer, wine and soft drinks with lunch and dinner, shore excursions and touring in every port, a selection of EmeraldPLUS experiences, transfers from selected airports and all tipping. The spacious Sun Deck offers panoramic views of the passing scenery, while the Terrace is the setting for al fresco lunches with a glass of wine. Balcony suites feature an open-air system that transforms the floor-to-ceiling window into an open balcony at the touch of a button, and an indoor-outdoor pool area gives guests a place to relax regardless of the weather. The Horizon Bar and Lounge is home to the Bavarian band performances and folklore shows that punctuate the voyage, while the Riverview Lounge and Sky Barbecue offer distinct settings for dining and socialising throughout the day.
