YOUR ITINERARY
Your South Pacific holiday starts on Sydney Harbour. Sail out through the Heads with the Opera House and the city skyline behind you, then settle in for two sea days before your first port.
...Your first full day on board starts with the Coral Sea ahead of you and Noumea two days away. Explore the ship at your own pace, find a spot at the Outdoor Pool and book Sabatini’s Italian restaurant for later in the voyage.
...Noumea is on the horizon tomorrow, so use today to settle in. Catch a show at The Limelight Theatre this evening or watch a film under the stars at Movies Under the Stars.
...Noumea feels like a French seaside town that happens to sit in the Coral Sea. Pick up a baguette and tropical fruit at the Port Moselle market, then head to Anse Vata or Baie des Citrons for a swim in a lagoon with UNESCO World Heritage listing.
...Lifou is the largest of the Loyalty Islands, a raised coral atoll fringed with white sand. Snorkel the sheltered water of Jinek Bay and hear Drehu, the island’s own language, spoken by locals who keep strong Kanak traditions.
...This small coral island off Aneityum, Vanuatu’s southernmost island, has no permanent residents and an old airstrip left from World War II. Walk the beach, snorkel the reef right off the sand and buy handmade crafts from islanders who cross over from Aneityum for the day.
...Mystery Island is behind you and Fiji comes next. Spend the morning at the Panorama Lounge with a view of the open ocean and finish the day with a glass at Vines Wine & Seafood Bar.
...Known as Fiji’s Sugar City, Lautoka sits among cane fields on the western side of Viti Levu. Browse the produce and kava stalls at Lautoka Market, or drive out to the Garden of the Sleeping Giant for its large orchid collection.
...Fiji’s capital wraps around a reef-protected harbour with rainforest behind it. Head inland to Colo-i-Suva Forest Park for shaded walking trails and freshwater swimming holes. You arrive on a Sunday, so expect shops and markets to be closed and the town to move at a slower pace.
...Dravuni is a small island in Fiji’s Kadavu group, home to a village of around 200 people. Snorkel the Great Astrolabe Reef from the beach or climb the island’s highest peak for views across the surrounding islands.
...Dravuni is the last island stop, and the voyage heads home from here. Take your time over a long lunch at the Panorama buffet and swap snorkelling stories with the people you met along the way.
...A quiet day to read in the Library or join an Art Class. Round it off with live music in the Piano Lounge.
...Sydney is one sea day closer. Visit the Art Gallery or the Boutique for a keepsake from the voyage, then enjoy dinner at Sterling Steakhouse.
...Your last full day at sea. Take a final lap of the deck and pack your bags ahead of tomorrow’s arrival, then toast the trip at the Club Bar.
...Sail back through the Heads into Sydney Harbour, with the Opera House and the Harbour Bridge on the skyline to close out your holiday.
