The following product terms and conditions apply in addition to our Booking Terms and Conditions (available on our website) and terms and conditions of the relevant travel service provider. Prices quoted are valid for sale until 31 JUL 2026 for travel during the period specified (if applicable) unless otherwise stated or sold out prior. All prices are per person, twin share (unless otherwise stated), subject to availability and may be withdrawn or varied without notice. All savings are included in the advertised price. Some categories may have obstructed views. Airfare (including internal flights) is not included unless otherwise stated and, if included, is economy class unless otherwise stated. Airfares require full payment in order to ticket. Airfares if included are based on specific dates and routings. Flights may be altered up to the package value which your Cruise Travel Advisor will be able to advise. Components of the total price including local payments, “resort fees”, “national park fees”, “trip kitties” and food funds (if applicable) may be payable direct to the supplier on arrival or to your travel consultant prior to your departure. Where applicable, these payments are included in the total price quoted. Onboard spending money is not included unless otherwise stated. If included it is per stateroom unless stated otherwise, is non-transferable, non-refundable and has no cash value. Onboard spending money/credit may not be used in the medical centre or casino and expires at the end of the cruise. Gratuities are not included unless otherwise stated. Prices shown are fully inclusive of taxes, levies and government charges current at the time of publication. Additional supplier conditions and travel restrictions may apply. Named hotels are based on availability and are subject to change without notice. Alternative hotels will always be of equal or higher star ratings. Subject to the following ‘Terms and Conditions’: For sailings departing between 20 September 2025 – 31 March 2026, you will receive a 6-day southbound or 7-day northbound Coastal Express Classic Voyage, departing between 20 September 2026 and 31 March 2027. For sailings departing between 20 September 2026 – 31 March 2027 you will receive a 6-day southbound or 7-day northbound Coastal Express Classic Voyage, departing between 20 September 2027 and 31 March 2028. For sailings departing between 20 September 2027 – 31 March 2028 you will receive a 6-day southbound Coastal Express Classic Voyage, departing between 20 September 2028 and 31 March 2029. We promise that in the event of there being no Northern Lights occurrence as defined above, you will receive a Original Coastal Express Classic Voyage, departing between 20 September and 31 March of the following year in an unspecified inside twin cabin on a full-board basis free of charge. You may upgrade to another grade of cabin subject to additional costs and availability. Please note that upgrading to suites with this offer may not be available. This offer applies to all new bookings of voyages of 11 days or more along the Norwegian coast aboard The Coastal Express and The North Cape Line, departing between 20 September and 31 March. A Northern Lights occurrence is defined as a sighting from the ship which is recorded by the ship’s deck officers and which is announced to passengers on board. An occurrence can last anything from a few minutes to a matter of hours, and the ships decision as to whether the Northern Lights occurred is final. We announce occurrences of the Northern Lights on board the ship and you have the option of announcements direct to your cabin or suite. We hope that you will experience seeing the Northern Lights whilst on your voyage with us of 11 days or more, but we cannot be held responsible if you don’t. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time. Please check at the time of booking as to the current status of the offer. The offer must be claimed and booked within 28 days from your return date. A choice of departure dates will be given. The complimentary voyage includes accommodation in an unspecified inside twin cabin on a full-board basis. Cabin upgrades are available at an additional cost and subject to availability. Suite upgrades are not available with this offer.  Prices shown are for payments made by cash in store or by BPAY.
