The following product terms and conditions apply in addition to our Booking Terms and Conditions (available on our website) and terms and conditions of the relevant travel service provider. Prices quoted are valid for sale until 31 Mar 2026 for travel during the period specified (if applicable) unless otherwise stated or sold out prior. All prices are per person, twin share (unless otherwise stated), subject to availability and may be withdrawn or varied without notice. All savings are included in the advertised price. Some categories may have obstructed views. Airfare (including internal flights) is not included unless otherwise stated and, if included, is economy class unless otherwise stated. Components of the total price including local payments, “resort fees”, “national park fees”, “trip kitties” and food funds (if applicable) may be payable direct to the supplier on arrival or to your travel consultant prior to your departure. Where applicable, these payments are included in the total price quoted. Onboard spending money is not included unless otherwise stated. If included it is per stateroom unless stated otherwise, is non-transferable, non-refundable and has no cash value. Onboard spending money/credit may not be used in the medical centre or casino and expires at the end of the cruise. Gratuities are not included unless otherwise stated. Prices shown are fully inclusive of taxes, levies and government charges current at the time of publication. Additional supplier conditions and travel restrictions may apply. Prices shown are for payments made by cash in store or by BPAY. Payments made in store by credit card will incur a surcharge (see Booking Terms and Conditions for further details). Sail & Save (“Offer”) is valid on new bookings made between December 15, 2025 and March 31, 2026, on select voyages. Guests will receive savings of up to USD 2,500/ CAD 4,000 / GBP 2,500 / EUR 2,500 / AUD 4,000 and USD 250 ‘As You Wish’ shipboard credit per guest; based on voyage and guest room/suite category. Eligible combination sailings will receive the savings and shipboard credit specified for that combination itinerary, which may not equal the combined benefits of the individual voyage segments. Offer only available to the first and second full-fare guests in a guest room or suite. Third and fourth guests do not qualify. Full World Cruise and full Grand Journeys are excluded. Cancel and re-books do not qualify. Offer is capacity controlled and subject to availability. Offer may be combined with all active promotions. Offer is not combinable with net fares. Changes to booking may result in a reduction/forfeiture of the credit. Crystal reserves the right to correct errors. Offer can be modified or withdrawn anytime without prior notice. Limited-Time Savings (the “Offer”) applies to new individual bookings made between 19 February 2026 and 6 March 2026 (inclusive). The Offer applies only to select 2026 Europe and Alaska voyages specifically designated by Crystal at the time of booking. Not all sailings are eligible. The Offer applies only to Sapphire Veranda Suites, Sapphire Ocean View Suites, Aquamarine Veranda Suites, and Double Guest Room with Ocean View categories. Guests will receive a reduced cruise-only fare, with savings ranging from 25% to 45% per guest, depending on the sailing and suite/guest room category. The highest discount is available only on a limited number of suites on select departures. Savings are calculated on the publicly available standard cruise-only fare applicable to the same sailing and category immediately prior to the promotion. The Offer is capacity-controlled and applies to a limited number of suites/guest rooms per sailing and category. Once allocated inventory is sold, the promotion will no longer be available even within the booking window. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking to secure the promotional rate. All bookings made under this Offer will incur cancellation fees starting at 150 days prior to sailing.
