Ovation of the Seas Extended 2017-2018 Programme

The cruise revolution is here! Royal Caribbean International has just released its extended 2017-2018 programme for Australia, and there’s six exciting new itineraries to tempt your travel bug.

The Royal Caribbean motto is to ‘live life big’, and their new programme certainly shares this attitude. The new additions to 2017-2018 season will see the brand’s newest Quantum-class ship, Ovation of the Seas, spend an extra five weeks in Sydney over February and March 2018 before embarking on a repositioning cruise up to Singapore.

The Ovation of the Seas will be the sole ship to sail the six new voyages. Varying in length and attitude, these new itineraries will appeal to everyone from first time cruisers to experienced travellers. On board, guests can expect to enjoy top-notch facilities such as the North Star℠ observation capsule, an innovative mobile viewing pod that extends over 300 feet above sea level; the RipCord by iFLY® experience, a skydiving simulation centre; as well as a number of other ground-breaking features and amenities.

South Pacific – 8 Nights

Departing on February 18, the South Pacific itinerary leaves from Sydney to visit Noumea in New Caledonia and Mystery Island in Vanuatu before heading home. Milford Sound

New Zealand – 10 Nights

This cruise will leave Sydney on February 26 and make its first stop at Milford Sound, New Zealand. From there, it will drop into Dunedin, Wellington, Napier and Picton, then head back to Sydney. Tasmania – 5 Nights

The final cruise of the season will see the Ovation of the Seas travel from Sydney to Singapore, starting March 26, stopping in at Brisbane and Darwin on the way.
