Terms and Conditions of Cruiseabout's Customer Feedback Promotion.

1. The promoter is Flight Centre Limited (ABN 25 003 377 188) trading as Cruiseabout of 545 Queen Street, Brisbane, Queensland, 4000 (“Promoter”), assisted by Feedback ASAP Pty Ltd (ABN 53 146 056 331) of Level 12, 380 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne, Victoria, 3004 (“Feedback ASAP”).
2. This promotion begins at 12:00:00am (AEST) on 19 March 2012 and finishes at 11:59:59pm (AEST) on 18 March 2013 (“Promotion Period”).
3. Entry is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years and over who are customers of the Promoter and have been requested to give feedback about their customer experience with the Promoter, such request to be provided by Feedback ASAP via SMS sent to the customer's mobile phone number, via a survey link emailed to the customer or via a feedback card with numbers to enter handed to the customer during the Promotion Period (“Eligible Entrants”).
4. Eligible Entrants will receive one entry for each time they enter their feedback via SMS, completing an online survey or by calling 1800 785 514 or sms to 0409 399 583 to during the Promotion Period. The entry cost will reflect standard SMS charges on the mobile network used. The cost of a call will not exceed 55 cents including GST. Eligible Entrants may only enter once for each feedback request received from the Promoter or Feedback ASAP.
5. Four separate random manual prize draws (each a “Prize Draw”) will be conducted during the Promotion Period as follows:
   • Prize Draw 1: All eligible entries received from 12:00:00am (AEST) 19 March 2012 to 11:59:59pm (AEST) on 17 June 2012 will be included in Prize Draw 1;
   • Prize Draw 2: All eligible entries received from 12:00:00am (AEST) 18 June 2012 to 11:59:59pm (AEST) on 18 September 2012 will be included in Prize Draw 2;
   • Prize Draw 3: All eligible entries received from 12:00:00am (AEST) 19 September 2012 to 11:59:59pm (AEST) on 18 December 2012 will be included in Prize Draw 3;
   • Prize Draw 4: All eligible entries received from 12:00:00am (AEST) 19 December 2012 to 11:59:59pm (AEST) on 18 March 2013 will be included in Prize Draw 4;
6. The Prize Draws will be conducted at approximately 11:00am on the following dates – Prize Draw 1: 18 June 2012, Prize Draw 2: 19 September 2012, Prize Draw 3: 19 December 2012 & Prize Draw 4: 19 March 2013.
7. Each Prize Draw will be conducted by Feedback ASAP at Level 12, 380 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne, Victoria, 3004.
8. The first Eligible Entrant drawn at each Prize Draw (each a “Winner”) will receive a $1000 Cruiseabout gift card (“Prize”). The maximum prize value is $1,000 per Prize and the total maximum prize pool value for the promotion is $4000.
9. Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid and removed from the Prize Draws. The Promoter's decision is final.
10. The Winner is responsible for complying with all conditions of the Prize. The Prize conditions will be as stated on the gift card provided. The Prize must be used within 12 months after receipt at a Cruiseabout store operated by the Promoter.
11. The Prize is strictly non-transferable, non-negotiable and may not be replaced or refunded. If the Promoter is unable to provide the Winner with the nominated Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to supply an alternative prize of similar monetary value, subject to any direction of a lottery authority. If the Winner does not accept any element of the Prize, the Promoter is not obliged to provide the Winner with a substitute prize. Any additional costs associated with using the Prize (including accommodation, insurance, transfers, spending money and booking change fees) are the responsibility of the Winner.
12. Winners will be notified via phone and SMS within 7 days of the relevant Prize Draw. If the Winner is located in the ACT they will be contacted by mail within 7 days of the relevant Prize Draw.
13. Winners' names will be published in The Australian newspaper on the 2 July 2012 (Prize Draw 1:), 3 October 2012 (Prize Draw 2:), 2 January 2013 (Prize Draw 3:) and 2 April 2013 (Prize Draw 4:).
14. If the Prize remains unclaimed by the Winner 3 months after the Prize Draw, there will be a redraw (“Unclaimed Prize Draw”). The date for the Unclaimed Prize Draw (if any) will be as follows: for Prize Draw 1: 18 September 2012, for Prize Draw 2: 19 December 2012, for Prize Draw 3 19 March 2012, & for Prize Draw 4: 19 June 2013. Unclaimed Prize Draws will be conducted in the same manner and at the same time of day and address as the original Prize Draw, subject to any written direction of the state or territory lottery authorities. The winner of any Unclaimed Prize Draw will be notified by telephone and SMS within 7 days of the Unclaimed Prize Draw. If the winner(s) is located in the ACT that winner(s) will be notified by mail within 7 days of the Unclaimed Prize Draw. All conditions applying to the Winner of the original Prize Draw will also apply to the winner of any Unclaimed Prize Draw. The name of any winner of an Unclaimed Prize Draw will be published in The Australian newspaper on the 2 October 2012 (Prize Draw 1) 2 January 2013 (Prize Draw 2); 2 April 2013 (Prize Draw 3) and 2 July 2013 (Prize Draw 4).
15. Every Eligible Entrant who provides feedback during the Promotion Period will also be entitled to receive a voucher for $20 off their next booking with the Promoter (“Voucher”). For the avoidance of doubt, the Voucher may only be used at a Cruiseabout store operated by the Promoter. The Voucher will be provided to the Eligible Entrant via an SMS or email from Feedback ASAP. Only Eligible Entrants who provide feedback following the instructions provided by Feedback ASAP will be eligible to receive a Voucher. In order to use the Voucher, an Eligible Entrant must validate the offer by showing or quoting the Voucher code to a representative of the Promoter in store. The Voucher will expire up to 12 months after receipt of the SMS/email message (as applicable). The exact expiry date for the Voucher will be displayed on the SMS message or email to which it is attached. Only one Voucher may be used per booking. The conditions applicable to the Voucher will be as stated on the Voucher.
16. Entries which the Promoter considers to be incomplete, incorrect or incomprehensible, to contain defamatory or offensive content or to infringe third party intellectual property rights are not eligible to win. Entries must be completed in English to be eligible.
17. Any entrant who, in the opinion of the Promoter, tampers or interferes with the entry process in any way, or who does not properly comply with the entry process or these terms and conditions, will be ineligible to win.
18. The Promoter will not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury which results directly or indirectly from this promotion (including in connection with use of a Prize or a Voucher), except that which cannot be excluded by law.
19. By accepting the Prize, the Winner agrees to be contacted by the Promoter and/or Feedback ASAP about the promotion and to participate in the Promoter's publicity activities as reasonably requested.
20. All entries become the property of the Promoter and Feedback ASAP. By entering this Promotion, entrants understand and agree that the Promoter and Feedback ASAP may use and disclose the information provided to them on the terms and for the purposes set out in the Promoter's Privacy Policy available at http://www.cruiseabout.com.au/company/policies/privacy-policy and Feedback ASAP's Privacy Policy available at http://www.feedbackasap.com/Site/privacy_policy.html
