Cook What You Catch On Princess' Alaska Cruises
Princess Cruises' new exclusive culinary concept brings a heightened level of freshness to the dinner table. The launch of 'Cook My Catch' means guests can enjoy their caught fish hours after pulling it out of the Alaskan water.
During an Alaska cruise, specifically when the ships call into Juneau and Ketchikan, guests are able to disembark on a fishing excursion. Upon returning, they hand off their catch to the culinary team who prepare and accompany the fish to suit each guest's preferred style.
Sampling authentic and wild Alaskan seafood is just one of the ways Princess Cruises is better immersing its guests in the Alaskan frontier.
“Our newest North to Alaska offerings demonstrate our commitment to provide our guests with authentic local experiences in the destinations we visit,” Princess Cruises Vice President Australia & New Zealand Stuart Allison said.
“Alaska offers so many opportunities to create lifetime memories ultimately ensuring our guests ‘come back new’.”
Other new 'North to Alaska' highlights include:
