India is one of the most complex and colourful countries you will ever get to experience, and with Uniworld you will be able to delve into a land that is unimaginable exotic, full of contrasts, and lingering with the ghosts of India's colonial past, mixed with modern-day cityscapes. The river cruise line's new 2016 itinerary in India highlights wondrous sights along the country's most venerated river, the Ganges, as well as must-see destinations in Delhi, Agra and Jaipur - the Golden Triangle - one of the most culturally rich areas of the subcontinent.

On this new cruise and journey - the 13-day India's Golden Triangle & Sacred Ganges - you will spend 7 nights onboard the most luxurious river cruise ship sailing the Ganges River, the all-suite 56-passenger Ganges Voyager II; and 5 nights onshore at 3 award-winning hotels. On this itinerary you will be able to visit India's Taj Mahal, Mother Teresa's tomb and former home, an enormous Vedic temple in Mayapur, 5 UNESCO sites and much more.

Inspired by the grace and elegance of the British colonial period, this ship is one of only two ultra-luxurious ships serving the Ganges. Built-to-order in 2015, this ship has been custom-designed to serve this new itinerary, and will not fail to exceed expectations. On the Main Deck you will find a light-filled reception area and 10 Signature Suites, conveniently located along a carpeted interior hallway. On the Upper Deck, exclusively reserved for guest accommodations, you will find the sumptuous one-of-a-kind Maharaja Suite, two Viceroy Suites, two Heritage Suites and 13 Colonial and Signature Suites.
