True North

Cruise on board North Star Cruises's True North

Simply step out of your luxury cabin aboard the True North to witness the ever-changing colours and hues of the Australian and Papua New Guinea coastlines. This beautifully appointed North Star Cruises' vessel carries only 36 passengers in stylish surrounds with the ethos adventure doesn't compromise luxury travel.

Aboard, passengers are treated to spacious public areas akin to the world's most exclusive hotels. These lavish vantage points include the sun deck, observation lounge, ship's lounge, al fresco bar and dining area.

By day, activities are adventure based and include fishing, diving and snorkelling, along with cultural excursions. These are led by the ship's resident biologist and a team of six guides to ensure every activity and destination is explored to the fullest. The True North boasts six expedition boats and, on select adventures, a helicopter, all available to provide the best opportunity possible for guests "to do what they want, when they want to"

Come sunset, guests can gather over drinks as the chef cooks up delectable delights, served in the dining room complete with views. After a day of adventure and fine cuisine, retreat to your stylishly appointed cabin, with ensuite, in-house entertainment and satellite phone.

The True North is purpose built to explore the upper reaches of shallow waterways. She sails on cruises of the West Australian Kimberley region, to Papua New Guinea and West Papua, to Ceduna from Adelaide, and around the waters of Sydney.
