ROLAND KAUTZKY

Store Manager, Roland Kautzky, has been in the travel industry for over ten years, most recently in the role of Assistant Manager with Flight Centre in Richmond, Victoria. He has extensive destination knowledge and a strong passion for travel, which he combines with his keen eye for detail and his dedication to providing uncompromising service. Roland has cruised with Norwegian Cruise Lines and Royal Caribbean as well as having worked as a Tour Director with various touring companies throughout New Zealand. 

DAVID MACBETH

David Macbeth is an avid cruiser having spanned the globe on numerous cruises over the past ten years. He has been fortunate to experience a wide variety of different ships, from the larger cruise lines such as Princess, Holland America and Celebrity, through to the smaller boutique cruise lines such as Seabourn, Windstar, Oceania, Azamara, Viking River Cruises and Star Clippers. Having visited over 90 countries David is always happy to share his extensive experience and passion for travel, and for cruising in particular as his cruise experience extends to Alaska, Asia, Mediterranean, Russia, Egypt, Panama Canal and Caribbean. With his breadth of firsthand experience David is well placed to help you find the cruise that best fits your needs and expectations.

KATIE WATTS

Katie Watts has recently returned to Melbourne after more than six years working with and onboard cruise ships. Five years were spent working onboard Royal Caribbean International ships in Alaska, Canada, Hawaii, Mexican Riviera, Panama Canal, the Caribbean and Europe, including the Mediterranean, Azores, Canary Islands, Madeira and many more. She has also worked for Port Agencies in Vancouver and Australia, liaising with more than twenty-five different ships. This has enabled her to gain extensive first-hand experience and knowledge, particularly when it comes to Europe and Caribbean cruises.

SALLY STOCKDALE

Store Manager, Sally Stockdale is passionate about cruising and everything to do with travel, treating every holiday as if it were her own. For over four years she worked onboard every vessel in the Princess Cruises fleet, allowing her the opportunity to explore various ports in the Mediterranean, Canada and Alaska, Mexico, Panama Canal, Caribbean, North and South America and the South Pacific. Sally has travelled extensively to a range of destinations including Africa, Asia, Europe, Russia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Ireland, Hawaii, Cuba and New York… twice! She is highly skilled with international airfares and land arrangements making her ideal to organise your perfect trip, whether that be a luxurious first-class voyage or one of many cheap cruises, river cruises or something in between.

SIMONE

Assistant Manager, Simone has worked for Flight Centre Limited for the past 11 years and has extensive knowledge and experience with airfares, touring, hotels and cruising.

She is an accredited Cruise consultant with the International Cruise Council of Australasia and has consistently been a top consultant in her area for the past 10 years. Simone’s mix of bubbly personality and understanding of what the client requires, is what she says makes her a successful consultant.

Simone is excited to be a part of Cruiseabout as she loves cruising and has cruised several times including the Caribbean with Carnival, Asia with Star Cruises, Nile Cruising and Princess Cruises.

Her personal travel experiences give her the confidence to recommend the ideal holiday for you. As well as having lived and worked in the U.K for 3 years, Simone has also traveled extensively throughout Europe, Asia, U.S.A, Mexico, Mauritius , Africa, South Pacific and Australia.

She has organized holidays for 1 to groups of over 50 people and is committed to providing the best service possible. Simone will always go that extra mile to make sure your dream holiday is amazing.

DEREK HARWOOD

Derek Harwood has been with Flight Centre Limited for eight years managing various stores. He brings to the brand an extensive knowledge of airfares and touring, thus able to complement any cruise component and offer a variety of cruise deals. Having visited every populated continent by air and land, he is now looking forward to exploring by sea with the fantastic new brand, Cruiseabout.

CAMERON MANNIX

Cameron Mannix has over five years of experience working on cruise ships with Princess Cruises and P&O Cruises. He has cruised on large grand class ships right through to the smaller boutique style ships to destinations including the South Pacific, the Caribbean, the Amazon River/South America, Africa and Europe, including the Baltic and the Mediterranean. Cameron is delighted to bring his extensive knowledge of the cruising industry to Cruiseabout Kew.

ROHAN FORD

Rohan Ford has lived for extended periods in the United States and Japan, and has cruised in Mexico and Mediterranean Europe, including the Greek Islands. He is an expert in challenging round the world itineraries and recently managed a successful Student Flights store. While Rohan’s first cruise experience ended badly when he learnt on the last day he could have been ordering room service free of charge for the entire cruise, his now extensive knowledge means he knows all these little tips and hints to save others making similar mistakes.

ADAM CROSSMAN

Team leader, Adam Crossman, has over 15 years experience in the travel industry ranging from corporate to retail. Over this period Adam has had the pleasure of cruising aboard many ships from P&O to the luxurious Silver Seas. Adam's vast experience enables him to offer a range of suggestions to aid in the decision of which cruise best suits your lifestyle. He will then complement your cruise with flights, land arrangements and tours ensuring a complete and memorable travel experience. Adam will guarantee that the cruise package you have been dreaming of becomes a reality.

JESS RENDELL

Assistant Store Manager, Jessica Rendell, has over four years experience in the travel industry having previously worked with Escape Travel in the roles of consultant and manager. Jessica has extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of travel through her many trips but is especially passionate about cruising, for which she now has ICCA accreditation. Jessica specialises in assisting you in complementing your cruise with flights, land arrangements and tours, thus ensuring a complete and memorable travel experience.

ERINA

Erina Kilmoreis an experienced manager both in the travel industry and in the corporate arena. She displays superior professionalism and organisational skills, making sure your travel arrangements are managed efficiently. Always smiling, Erina enjoys co-ordinating your dream travel packages almost as much as enjoying the journey herself! While Erina’s extensive travel has given her particular in-depth knowledge of Bali and the USA, she also has a great deal of knowledge of many other destinations, giving her the ability to select the perfect hotels and tours in many cities all around the world.

PAULINE HENRIQUES

Pauline Henriques has been associated with the travel industry for 13 years and lived in 3 countries : South Africa, United Kingdom and Australia. An avid traveller and self confessed cruisaholic, she has travelled to every continent and cruised in the following areas : West coast of America including Alaska; South America; West, East and Southern Caribbean; Mauritius and the Mediteranean onboard Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises, Norwegian Cruise Lines and Starlight Cruises. A background in Project Management means high attention to detail in planning your holiday.

GREG

Greg Close has a wealth of travel experience, gained from his extensive global travel prior to settling in Australia. Originally from England, Greg lived on the spectacular island of Rhodes in the Greek Archipelago for four years before joining the US based cruise lines, Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Cruises. During his five years on board various cruise ships, Greg explored numerous destinations including Canada and Alaska, The Bahamas and Caribbean, The US and Mexico and Central America to name a few. He has also worked on board small luxury cruise ships in Far North Queensland and The Kimberley Region.

LEAH MITCHELL

Leah Mitchell has spent over 15 years in both wholesale and retail sectors of the travel industry. Leah's passion for travel began 20 years ago when she visited Japan as an exchange student. She began her career in the travel industry as a reservations consultant for a wholesale touring company where she soon progressed to Reservations Manager. During this time she travelled extensively throughout Western Europe and South East Asia.

Itchy feet saw Leah take off on an overseas working holiday and travel to Russia, Scandinavia, Eastern Europe and to Prague – one of her favourite cities in the world. After working in both the UK and Canada, Leah returned to Australia and joined Flight Centre in 1994. Her travels have continued to take her to all parts of the globe including South America, the Greek Islands, Mexico, USA, Tahiti and South Africa.

Leah now continues her passion for travel by specialising in her love of cruising. She has most recently cruised with P&O, Princess, Oceania and Royal Caribbean. Her many years of experience in organising European touring, cruises and independent travel, along with extensive airfare knowledge and a strong commitment to exceptional customer service, will ensure your next holiday will be a fabulous experience from start to finish.

JOANNE REA

Assistant Manager, Jo Rea, began her career in the travel industry in 1994. She experienced her first cruise to the South Pacific in 1985 and had been hooked every since. Along with her vast cruise knowledge, Jo has travelled extensively throughout the USA, United Kingdom, Europe, Tahiti, Japan, Hong Kong, Hawaii and the South Pacific. While Jo has extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of travel, she is especially passionate about cruising. Her attention to detail and focus on the seemingly little things that can make all the difference will please even the most discerning traveller.

DANIEL STOTT

Store Manager, Daniel started with Flight Centre in Sydney in 2002 and became a team leader in 2006 later opening Flight Centre limiteds first duel Cruiseabout/Flight Centre store in Jun 2009. Between the resources of Cruise About and Flight Centre, they now have a true “one stop shop”.

His team are more than capable of taking care of your trip no mater how detailed and how many cruise or non cruise related components you are planning. Daniel has expeienced 3 cruises and is convinced there is not a easier more relaxing way to holiday not to mention the price advantages cruising offers.

BETH DAVIES

Beth has been working for the Flight centre family since August 2008, with her passion for travelling her experience has taken her from working on numerous cruise ships in the Caribbean to flying with Qantas as a flight attendant. Along with her own travelling Beth has travelled to most of the popular and well loved destinations of Australian travellers. Her experience and passion for cruising brings a great deal of insider knowledge about the way things work and some great must see’s. With the following skills Beth is the perfect person to help you with any of your holiday dreams may it be Cruise, land or Air or anything between.

BEN MORGAN

Ben is a new addition to the Flight Centre/Cruiseabout Team. He has more than 12 years Travel Industry experience including Wholesale and more recently 10 years service with Qantas. Ben has been lucky enough to Cruise on most of the major Cruise Lines and has a passion for sharing his knowledge to all that dream about that perfect Cruise. His extensive product knowledge will ensure you have a once in a lifetime Travel experience. Ben's passion is to ensure that everyone who contemplates Cruising is given the most professional and up to date options available. Ben's favourite Cruising experiences certainly are sailing the harbours of Hong Kong, Sydney and New York.

ROBERT WATSON

Robert Watson is a highly qualified and experienced manager, having, spent some 35 years in the industry. He was originally with Alitalia and then began his own corporate agency, Nova Travel, in Melbourne. This was followed with a role as Manager of Traveland Erina on the New South Wales Central Coast. Robert’s most recent position was NSW Business Development Manager for Traveland, looking after some 22 retail stores. Robert holds his Masters Certificate from the International Cruise Council and is also the NSW representative of the International Cruise Council of Australia.

JANETTE WALL

Janette Wall has been in the travel industry for nine years. She has extensive airfare and land arrangement experience to complement any cruise package. Janette has cruised the Mediterranean, the North Sea, Asia, the Mexican Riviera, French Polynesia, the Pacific Islands and coastal Australia. She has worked for a variety of reputable shipping lines such as P&O, P&O UK, Princess, Star Cruises, Crystal Cruises, Royal Caribbean and Bora Bora Cruises, as well as having inspected most ships that have come into Sydney. Janette also holds her Masters Certificate from the Cruise Council of Australia.

JENNIFER SABERTON

Jennifer Saberton has had over 25 years of travel experience including specialising in cruising for the past 20 years within both the retail and wholesale sectors. She has travelled on numerous cruises throughout the world including Antarctica, Alaska, Mexican Riviera, Transatlantic, Mediterranean, Nile River, Amazon River, Caribbean, Asia and the South Pacific. Jenny has sailed most recently on the Orion, Aurora and Carnival Pride where she successfully completed her Masters qualifications for the International Cruise Council.

LINDA LAING

Originally from British Columbia in Canada, Linda Laing began her Australian travel career 37 years ago. One of her first positions in Australia was with the well known cruise brand, P&O Cruises. Linda has vast experience in airfares and add-on land arrangements, enabling her to offer the complete cruise travel package. Her most recent cruise experiences have been with Oceania Cruise Lines, Peregrine in Antarctica, Star Cruises and Norwegian Cruise Lines. Linda also holds her Masters Certificate from the Cruise Council of Australia.

MARY KELLY

Mary Kelly joined the travel industry straight from school in 1972 as a retail travel agent with Grace Bros Travel. After ten years there she moved on to a different side of the industry, joining Insight Tours in Sydney and looking after group travellers. In 1989 Mary took her group experience to Insight’s office in Toronto, Canada.

Mary’s five years with Insight’s Toronto office was one of the highlights of her life to this day – she loved the people, the climate and the true four seasons. Returning from Canada in 1994, Mary moved into the growing cruise industry back in Sydney, working with Celebrity Cruises and then Festival Cruises. Missing direct client contact, she returned to retail consulting and has been happy working as a Cruise Specialist for the last four years.

CLAUDETTE MUDIE

Claudette's passion for cruising is the result of many cruises as a child and teenager with her family. Claudette continued the family tradition of the yearly holiday cruise with her own family of 4 children, who are now grown up and still continue to choose cruising as their preferred holiday choice. Combine Claudette's cruise experience (South West Pacific, New Zealand, Indonesia, Baja Mexico, Egypt, European river cruise) with her background of 18 years in travel industry and extensive travel to Europe, UK & Ireland, Turkey, Egypt, Dubai, Kenya, South Africa, Mauritius, Tahiti, South West Pacific, Asia, Hawaii and the U.S.A. Claudette is well positioned to help you will all your travel plans, complementing your cruise arrangements with airfares, accommodation, car hire, tours or whatever you require.

SARAH WESTBROOK

Sarah has always known that travel is where she would make her career. Since leaving school and studying at Tafe for the Certificate III in retail Travel and Tourism and also completing her Certificate III in Wholesale travel and Tourism, she is now 4 years in the industry. Cruise is a passion for Sarah and she strives to be knowledgeable in all cruise lines and their destinations and to give all of her clients immaculate service. Travelling from a very young age, Sarah has discovered many countries around the globe and enjoys passing on her experiences with enthusiasm and passion. This year, store manager Sarah is adding Europe to the mix of destinations she has travelled to, such as Thailand, Mexico, Cuba, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Taiwan, USA, Dubai, New Caledonia, Caribbean, Hawaii and throughout Australia. Building Cruiseabout Lane Cove into an amazing cruise specialist business is Sarah's dream and her team so far are well on the way to making this a reality!

TINA KORDYS

Tina Kordys, Manager Cruiseabout Cottesloe, has been in the travel industry for over 14 years. She has been managing travel businesses for over ten years and is thrilled to open the first Cruiseabout store in Western Australia. Tina’s passion for travel has seen her journey extensively all over the world. She is happy to share her knowledge and experiences to create the prefect trip for you.

Tina has enjoyed cruises across the globe, most notably in Alaska with Royal Caribbean, along with Asia and the South Pacific. Her most recent cruise experience was on the MSC Poesia in the Mediterranean. She is currently working towards her Cruise Master Accreditation from the International Cruise Council of Australia.

LUCIA MARCHESE

Senior Travel Consultant, Lucia has over 20 years experience in the travel industry. Although having cruised extensively in Asia and the Pacific islands her most memorable has been an around the world cruise taking in The Panama Canal.the two days cruising the Panama was just an unforgettable experience. that everyone she says should experience at least once in their lifetime. Lucia also speaks fluent Italian has has travelled widely in Italy, Singapore, Bangkok, Thailand, Bali and Malaysia she is an accredited Cruise consultant and is currently working towards her cruise master accreditation from the International Cruise council of Australia.
