Katherine Carey

Store Manager, Katherine has been working in travel over over 7 years in Sydney and country NSW - Albury Wodonga. Travel started for Katherine as a young girl on a family Holiday to Fiji and then onward to fulfil a lifelong dream to get to Disneyland when working and travelling around the USA for 5 months. Katherine has travelled through many places, seeing amazing things, including Anzac Cove in Turkey, war sites in Vietnam, the amazing Angkor Wat in Cambodia, the beautiful turquoise waters in Thailand, and the phenomenal Grand Canyon in America. She has cruised on Carnival Spirit, Rhapsody of the Seas, Radiance of the Seas and Voyager of the Seas, and inspected many others. She is booked on Explorer and Oasis of the Seas for her Honeymoon in May 2013. Katherine is very excited to bring her travel and cruise knowledge to Cruiseabout Ballarat.

Jenny Dare

Jenny loves travelling, and started working in the travel industry so that she can help other people have amazing experiences like she has experienced. Jenny has travelled extensively in Australia and overseas, including New Zealand; Hong Kong; USA; Africa; Britain; Canada; Ireland and Paris. She has spent time in India & Nepal, camping on the Ganges, seeing the Taj Mahal, and doing a scenic flight over Mt Everest. She has cruised in Egypt down the Nile, in Vietnam on Halong Bay, through the inside passage in Alaska and had a life changing expedition cruise to Antarctica - where cruising really became a passion for her. Jenny has also inspected many ships including Dawn Princess and Carnival Spirit. Jenny really looks forward to helping the people of Ballarat turn their travel dreams into reality.

Cullen Hodge

Cullen has worked in travel for just over 4 years, previously working for Trans Otway Travel Ballarat. Cullen has travelled to China, entering the Forbidden City and climbing the Great Wall. In New Zealand he went bungy jumping off Auckland Bridge and enjoyed the sensational smell in Rotorua. His favourite experience though was Black Water Rafting through the Waitomo Caves. He has relaxed on the beach in Bali and travelled extensively within Australia. And, he will be spending over a month travelling in the USA this year. Cullen has been on Spirit of Tasmania, Carnival Spirit and Voyager of the Seas, with many more to come, and he is looking forward to making your next holiday a great one.

Ganesh Viswanathan

A new Addition to Cruiseabout Bendigo, Ganesh has been with Flight Centre more than one year and has got extensive travel experience around Europe, Middle East and Asia. His travel journey started with Switzerland where he worked for 3 years and travelled to 8 countries around Europe. He has travelled with Star Cruises, Oceania and organised cruise group bookings. During the period working in Bangkok, Ganesh has travelled to most parts of the Asia including China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar and Laos. Being from a Tourism and Management background, he has extensive knowledge about holiday destinations and would love to assist with your holiday.

Danielle McNamee

Danielle fell in love with cruising when she sailed on the Pride of America around the beautiful Islands of Hawaii on her Honeymoon! She joined the Bendigo Cruiseabout team as soon as she returned!! Danielle has experience in both corporate and retail travel and loves helping her clients find the best deals! Her passion in travel is cruising, but she can also help you with international flights, accommodation and tours to package together your dream holiday! Danielle loves an adventure! She has abseiled down a 50 metre high running waterfall in Port Vila Vanuatu, sent postcards home from an underwater post office on Hideaway Island and has climbed the Sydney Harbor bridge. She has been Ziplining in Maui, Ocean Kayaking in Kona, swimming in the Great Barrier Reef and more. Danielle has many years of experience in customer service. Her passion for travel and attention to detail will have you on your way to a wonderful travel experience from beginning to end.

Dave Ellis

Store Manager, Dave's, passion for travel started 6 years ago at the start of his round world trip. On his return, travel has continued being a large part of his life and for the past 4 years it's been a pleasure to be able to share that passion with his clients. Some of his stand out travel experience includes Egypt, Cambodia, Nepal, Spain but easily the highlight would have to be spending a month cruising around the Antarctica Peninsular. Dave is delighted to bring his extensive knowledge to Cruiseabout Belmont to assist booking all kinds of holidays from flights, accommodation, land tours and most importantly cruises.

His cruise wish list includes Greek Islands sailing, Singapore to Rome via the Suez Canal and New York to Rio De Janeiro

Penelope Sinclair

Assistant Manager, Penny, has always been a passionate traveller, always bursting with excitment to get away on her next trip or talking about her last adventure! Penny is very fond of her travel bug and has just clocked 10 years since her first trip overseas to New Zealand. After living in London for 12 months Penny began working in the travel industry on her return to Australia and 8 short years later the travel list just keeps getting longer. The more she sees the more she want to see!! Cambodia is by far her ultimate destination and Penny has been there 3 times.

Penny spent 2 years living in Canada, also working in travel. So far South East Asia, Egypt, Europe, America and Central America have been very welcoming to her. Last year she had a taste of Europe River Cruising and she would highly recommend this to anyone. Next - she cannot wait to explore India, South America and Africa....and more of South East Asia.....and Cuba!!! Her cruise wish list includes Carribean, Meditteranean and both the Suez and Panama Canals!!!

Georgia McKay

Georgia started her travel career 2 years ago after completing her certificate 4 in Tourism. She spent her first 2 years at Flight Centre Ltd where she received extensive training on International Airfares and International & Domestic Destinations and has just recently moved into Cruiseabout Geelong as a cruise specialist. Georgia's passion for travel started when she took her first trip overseas in 2008 to the USA, living just outside of New York City for a few months on a working holiday. Since then she has been to Tropical North Queensland, Thailand, Hawaii and most recently cruised on the Dawn Princess. Her next cruise will be on the Voyager of the Seas in November and Mexico is also on the cards for 2013. Georgia's cruise wish list includes the Greek Islands, the South Pacific and Antarctica!

Alison Dick

Alison is the newest addition to the Cruiseabout Geelong family. She may be new to us but she does come with a wealth of knowledge behind her. Having been in the travel Industry for the past 19 years, Alison’s attention to detail, high level of customer service and passion help her to provide her clients with a unique travel experience that they tell all of their friends about! Alison’s passport has taken her to all parts of Asia including Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia and Indonesia and the South Pacific including New Zealand, New Caledonia, Fiji, Vanuatu and Tahiti. She has traveled extensively through North America and Canada and experienced the wonders of Mauritius, and just recently Italy. Her cruising experience extends to the Mediterrean (Spain, Malta, Tunisia and Italy) and numerous Pacific Island cruises. Her favorite destinations, hands down, are New York City for the shopping, glitz and glamour and Mauritius for total relaxation. Her cruise wish list includes: Antarctica/South America, Europe River Cruising, Caribbean and a Trans Atlantic crossing.

Sally Stockdale

Store Manager, Sally Stockdale is passionate about cruising and everything to do with travel, treating every holiday as if it were her own. For over four years she worked onboard every vessel in the Princess Cruises fleet, allowing her the opportunity to explore various ports in the Mediterranean, Canada and Alaska, Mexico, Panama Canal, Caribbean, North and South America and the South Pacific. Sally has travelled extensively to a range of destinations including Africa, Asia, Europe, Russia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Ireland, Hawaii, Cuba and New York… twice! She is highly skilled with international airfares and land arrangements making her ideal to organise your perfect trip, whether that be a luxurious first-class voyage or one of many cheap cruises, river cruises or something in between.

Simone Kacan

Assistant Manager, Simone has worked for Flight Centre Limited for the past 11 years and has extensive knowledge and experience with airfares, touring, hotels and cruising. She is an accredited Cruise consultant with the International Cruise Council of Australasia and has consistently been a top consultant in her area for the past 10 years. Simone's mix of bubbly personality and understanding of what the client requires, is what she says makes her a successful consultant. Simone is excited to be a part of Cruiseabout as she loves cruising and has cruised several times including the Caribbean with Carnival, Asia with Star Cruises, Nile Cruising and Princess Cruises.

Her personal travel experiences give her the confidence to recommend the ideal holiday for you.As well as having lived and worked in the U.K for 3 years, Simone has also traveled extensively throughout Europe, Asia, U.S.A, Mexico, Mauritius , Africa, South Pacific and Australia. She has organized holidays for 1 to groups of over 50 people and is committed to providing the best service possible. Simone will always go that extra mile to make sure your dream holiday is amazing.

Kate Horsburgh

Kate has worked within the Flight Centre family for over 7 years and has just recently moved across to Cruiseabout. She loves travel and heads overseas at least twice a year to not only experience the world for herself but to bring back and share her knowledge with all of her clients. Her time at Flight Centre has given her a great understanding of putting together complicated airfares and land arrangements. Kate has travelled throughout Europe, many parts of Asia, USA, India, Mauritius, Egypt, Middle East, South Pacific and Australia, including cruises in the South Pacific, Middle East and down the Nile in Egypt. Kate is looking forward to the next chapter in her travel career specialising in cruising.

Reneta Owen

Reneta is the newest addition to the Cruiseabout Hampton family. After working for 6 years on various luxurious private and charter vessels throughout the Mediterranean, Florida, Bahamas, and the Caribbean, she joined Flight Centre Ltd. Reneta is fluent in English, French and Bulgarian languages and her passion for cruising, attention to detail and high level of customer service provides her clients with a memorable and stress-free experience. She has cruised extensively throughout the Mediterranean, Bahamas and the Caribbean and her most recent adventures have taken her to Chilean Patagonia, Atakama desert, Iguassu Falls, Buenos Ayres and Rio Carnival. Reneta has had the pleasure of booking clients to far flung overseas destinations, as well as those closer to home and within Australia. She looks forward to arranging your perfect holiday for you.

Derek Harwood

Store Manager, Derek Harwood has been with Cruiseabout Kew since it opened its doors in Victoria, and since then he has been inspired to sample many cruises. The cruise lines and ships that Derek has enjoyed cruising on include Princess Cruises, on both the Sun and Dawn Princess and P&O Cruises, with several cruises on Pacific Jewel in Australia, and to the South Pacific. He has also cruised on board Royal Caribbean's Rhapsody, Radiance and Brilliance of the Seas in the Middle East (and he is looking forward to Voyager of the Seas); and enjoyed an amazing and luxurious cruise with Orion Expeditions to the very remote West Papua and Forgotten Islands. Derek has also experienced a few nights on the majestic and beautiful Flagship of Cunard, the Queen Mary 2, and he recently cruised down the Rhine from Amsterdam to Basel on Avalon Visionary. Derek believes that river cruising offers the best of both worlds - a inclusive tour and you only unpack once. With cruises on both Celebrity Solstice and Carnival Spirit coming up, Derek's wishlist keeps getting longer, and he is constantly inspired by the cruises he helps books for his clients.

Shaun Abblitt

Shaun joined the Cruiseabout Kew team 2 years ago and since then has been on many varying and interesting cruises, from the Dawn Princess New Zealand Cruise, cruising onboard the Carnival Spirit in Mexico and cruising on the biggest ship in the world –The Oasis of the Seas, doing a magical Western Caribbean Cruise. He has also done a very interesting cruise in Russia with Viking River Cruises, which he believes is the only way to see the true side of Russia. Previous to joining the Cruiseabout Kew team, Shaun worked as a general travel agent for 5 years and also got to extensively travel both Europe and the USA. He bring s a wealth of knowledge from being a general travel agent and now with his cruise knowledge is looking forward to booking you on your next cruise.

Jane Bellizia

Jane has been in the travel industry for 15 years. Jane`s love for travel started two decades ago when she headed to Europe for an extensive European holiday. She has travelled extensively, having visited 28 countries over 5 continents. Jane has cruised with Princess, P & O and Superstar Libra, inspected Seabourn and Oceania. She is excited by cruising and it is quickly becoming her passion, and with Carnival Spirit in Australia and Royal Carribean she is looking forward to cruising these lines soon. With Jane's extensive knowledge as a Travel Agent and certainly quickly becoming a cruising expert, she looks forward to the opportunity to turn your dreams into reality!

Kathy Pavlidis

Kathy has been in the Travel Industry for many years prior to joining the Cruiseabout Kew Team in October 2012. Her passion for cruising started in the early 90's whilst watching a Holland American Ship on turnaround day in Vancouver. She is an Accredited Cruise Consultant with the International Cruise Council of Australasia and is looking forward to obtaining her Masters Accreditation in the future. To date she has spent a total of 81 days at seas sailing the Eastern Caribbean, Mexican Riviera, French Polynesia, South Pacific, and the Mediterranean, and she certainly has the next 81 days planned already. The ships that Kathy has sailed on include: Diamond Princess, Caribbean Princess, Sapphire Princess, Oceania Marina, QM2, Celebrity Solstice, Celebrity Silhouette, Radiance of the Seas and Rhapsody of the Seas. She has also inspected many ships such as; Dawn Princess, P&O Pacific Jewel, Holland America Line - Volendam, Oceania Regetta, Celebrity Century, Voyager of the Seas and Seabourn Odyssey. Kathy would love to help you plan your next holiday and is happy to provide you shopping tips along the way as she has shopped her way around the world.

Tara Boyles

Store Manager, Tara Boyles, has been with Flight Centre Limited for 4 years. Tara has a HUGE love for cruising, having sailed with P&O twice before and she also has an extensive knowledge of the Princess brand. Tara brings with her a great knowledge in destinations, airfares, accommodation and coach touring, and is thus able to give you the complete cruising package. Tara is excited to have now joined the Cruiseabout brand and is now looking forward to sharing her passion with her clients.

Jeanette Del Prete

Assistant Store Manager, Jeanette LaRosa, previously worked for Flight Centre Ltd and had extensive training in International Airfares, International & Domestic Destinations as well as specialised Cruise Training. Jeanette has been onboard two of Australia's biggest cruise lines, Princess and P&O, and it's Jeanette's attention to detail and exceptional service skills that ensure her clients have the holiday of their dreams and memories that last forever.

Jared Voss

Jared Voss has been in the cruise industry for 5 years and has a passion for all things cruise and international travel related. Before joining Cruiseabout Jared worked extensively on board with Princess Cruises and also Royal Caribbean International as a purser, shore excursions expert and human resources officer. His favourite ships are the Ruby Princess and the Freedom of the seas and he has great knowledge of cruising in Alaska, Caribbean, the UK and Europe. After working heavily in the area of guest satisfaction, Jared is well equipped to find the perfect cruise options for you, right down to the finer details.

Michelle Spataro

Before joining Cruiseabout Knox City, Michelle Spataro worked as an International Flight consultant for Flight Centre, but cruising has always been Michelle’s favourite holiday, and she has cruised the South West Pacific more times than she can count. Michelle’s personal traveling has taken her to countries such as Italy, Greece, France, Monaco, Malta, Croatia, Spain, Germany, UK, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, and the UAE, so finding a holiday that is personalised for your individual needs, wants, and expectations is a breeze. Customer service, loyalty, and satisfaction are her highest priority and she understands that planning your holiday is an exciting time, so she will always go over and above all expectations to make sure that booking your next holidays is as enjoyable as the holiday itself!

Christen Searle

The newest addition to Cruiseabout Knox City, Christen has worked in the travel industry for 6 years with a background in Cruise Marketing. Christen has done her fair share of travelling, having been lucky enough to study and live overseas on multiple occasions. Christen was born and raised in the USA and has lived in France, Germany, Costa Rica and now Australia. Her travels have taken her far and wide to places such as Switzerland, Austria, United Kingdom, USA, France, Germany, Costa Rica, Australia, Czech Republic, The Netherlands, Denmark, Belgium and of course – the United States of America! With Christen’s bubbly personality, enthusiasm and experience, she’ll be able to help tailor the perfect holiday for you!

Roland Kautzky

Store Manager, Roland Kautzky, has worked in the Travel Industry for over ten years. He has extensive destination knowledge and a strong passion for travel, which he combines with his keen eye for detail and his dedication to providing uncompromising service. He holds his Masters Certificate from the Cruise Council of Australia. During his four years with Cruiseabout, Roland has cruised on Princess, Royal Carribbean, Holland America Line, P&O, Cunard, Norwegian Cruise Line, and Crystal, complemented by inspections of many more ships during port visits in Melbourne. During a recent visit in Fort Lauderdale, he has also been on board the world's largest cruise ship, the "Oasis of the Seas".

Julie Devereux

Julie has been with Cruiseabout just over a year now but has 13 years industry experience. She loves cruising and has a real passion for travel in general. Julie has cruised around the beautiful Mediterranean, the crystal clear waters of Fiji, sailed the Whitsundays and most recently enjoyed the marvels of Russia on her first ever river cruise. Her travels also extend to South America, Asia, North America and Canada and she is also looking forward to her trip of a lifetime to Anatctica next year!!

Claire Willis

With more than 20 years in the industry, Claire, has a real passion for cruising and all that it has to offer. She started her career working onboard ships and sailing around the world. After 10 years at sea, having cruised extensively around Northern Europe, Alaska, the Caribbean, Panama Canal, Mexico, South America, Hawaii, the South Pacific, Australia and New Zealand, she decided it was time to come ‘back to land’ and began working as a tour operator specializing in providing the land services and shore excursions that passengers can enjoy in port. Originally from the UK, Claire caught the adventure bug early, moving to Spain straight after leaving school at the age of 18, to live and work in the stunning city of Seville. As well as her time at sea roving around the world, she also spent a year living Las Vegas, Nevada, an experience she found fascinating. In 2007 she made the ultimate move half way around the world to Australia, where she feels she has ‘finally found her home’. Ready for another challenge, Claire joined Cruiseabout and now enjoys sharing her experiences and cruise knowledge with her clients. With a firm belief that cruising is the best way to holiday, her extensive cruise knowledge is invaluable when it comes to finding the perfect cruise for her clients.

Kathryn Gregg

Store Manager,Kathryn, lives and breathes travel - when she is not planning her client's holiday she is thinking about where to take her family for their next adventure. Having lived in Italy and New York she can add insider knowledge to your itinerary and loves suggesting things that you may not have thought of. With the range of cruising options out there she understands that there is a cruise for everyone whether as a complete holiday or a small part of your whole trip. Having children of her own she understands the needs of family travel and can help in orgainsing the perfect itinerary. Kathryn aims to lead Cruiseabout Mt Eliza to be the most knowledgeable and helpful specialist cruise agency on the Mornington peninsula.

Melanie Wood

Assistant Manager, Melanie, started her travel career with Flight Centre Limited in 2002, and has since travelled the world, ranking India, the United States and Italy among her favourite travel destinations. Passionate about travel & offering personalised service, Melanie is always on the look out for new and exciting ways to give her clients value for money and a travel experience they will never forget. And cruising certainly does that! Having taken her first cruise down the Mexican Riviera in 2009, Melanie is hooked and is now thrilled to be part of the Mornington Peninsula's premier cruise travel agency. As well as a love of ocean & river cruising, she brings with her a wealth of airfare and tour knowledge ensuring your next cruise holiday is the trip of a lifetime.

Ali Vivien

Ali brings 17 years of Travel Consulting experience, 11 of them specialising in cruising, to the Cruiseabout Mt Eliza team. Ali has cruised with Seabourn, Oceania, Princess, Royal Caribbean, Spirit of Adventure, Viking River Cruises, P&O around the Mediterranean, Asia, Mexican Riviera, China, New Zealand, the Pacific, Australia and more. A self confessed "cruise addict", Ali will be happy to share her extensive knowledge with you to ensure your next holiday is a memorable one.

Elise Moynihan

Elise loves to travel and see the world! She is a highly experienced consultant having worked in the travel industry for more than 15 years, and takes great pride in looking after her clients and providing exceptional customer service and attention to detail. Elise enjoys starting with a travel idea and working with her clients to build it into an exciting trip of a lifetime! She has extensive knowledge of airfares, hotels, touring and many destinations. Elise has travelled extensively throughout Europe, USA & Canada, South Pacific (loves Fiji!), the Maldives, China, South East Asia, Africa, New Zealand and Australia. A real favourite is the Caribbean where Elise recommends cruising as the only way to go! She has cruised with Royal Caribbean and visited many exotic ports, the highlights being Jamaica, Barbados, Antigua and the Bahamas.

Tanya Horrocks

Tanya has worked in retail travel for the past 10 years and is thrilled to be part of the Cruiseabout family. She prides herself on her exemplary service and her number one goal is to ensure all her clients' holiday needs are fulfilled. She is a perfectionist when it comes to detail and will go to great lengths to find whatever it is her clients are looking for. Tanya has extensive knowledge of many destinations including Canada, Europe, Japan, Asia and the Pacific. She has also done specialised training in many of the cruising brands including P&O, Princess Cruises, APT and Holland America Line. Tanya has enjoyed a taste of cruising locally and definitely looks forward to broadening her cruising horizon internationally.

Kirk Walpole

Store Manager, Kirk, is passionate about cruising and everything to do with travel. For over eight years he worked onboard every vessel in the Princess Cruises fleet, cruising to all seven continents and calling into over 200 different ports of call. This, coupled with Kirk's own personal travel, means there are not too many corners of the world that he hasn't touched. Kirk has also spent over 5 years working at Flight Centre, so he is highly skilled with international airfares and land arrangements making him ideal to organise your perfect get away.

David Macbeth

Assistant Manager, David Macbeth, is an avid cruiser having spanned the globe on numerous cruises over the past ten years. He has been fortunate to experience a wide variety of different ships, from the larger cruise lines such as Princess, Holland America and Celebrity, through to the smaller boutique cruise lines such as Seabourn, Windstar, Oceania, Azamara, Viking River Cruises and Star Clippers. Having visited over 90 countries David is always happy to share his extensive experience and passion for travel, and for cruising in particular as his cruise experience extends to Alaska, Asia, Mediterranean, Russia, Egypt, Panama Canal and Caribbean. With his breadth of firsthand experience David is well placed to help you find the cruise that best fits your needs and expectations.

Georgina Glass

Originally hailing from the UK, Georgina has travelled extensively throughout Europe due to its proximity. After living and studying for 12 years in Edinburgh, she was lucky enough to have been able to live in both San Francisco and New York under the guise of ‘research’. Shen then went on to do a working holiday year in Canada when she also got to experience life in both Vancouver and the East Coast. This provided her with a great platform to be able to travel overland throughout the whole of North America. It is easier to ask Georgie when she hasn’t been! When she was given an opportunity to move to Australia (in the form of an Australian backpacker in Edinburgh), it was an obvious move to make.

It is not that Georgina discounts these experiences or that they were the wasted years... but they were certainly before she discovered cruising! Georgina is all about good food and good wine and taking a cruise to any of her favourite wine regions (which is all of them incidentally) and she's in her element. What a perfect match when Cruiseabout and Georgina met. Most of her cruising has predominantly been in Australia and Europe on smaller ships but she is looking forward to cruising in South East Asia in the upcoming season. The she is looking forward to buying some new larger pants for work when she returns!

Santo Montalto

Santo Montalto has worked within the Flight Centre Group for over 17 years, four of those in the corporate sector with ten years in various management roles. He has travelled far and wide, from the northern fjords of the Norwegian coast, experiencing the marvel of the Midnight Sun, to the wilds of East Africa and the migration of the Wildebeest; from the tropical depths of the Maldives to climbing Mt Kota Kinabalu in Sabah, there's no doubting that travel is Santo's passion.

He is an accredited Cruise consultant with the International Cruise Council of Australasia, and has cruised the Pacific several times most recently with P&O and Captain Cook Cruises, as well private charters in the sunny Mediterranean and the Hurtigruten in the Norwegian fjords. He has also recently become familiar with the Dawn Princess and the Seven Seas Navigator.

Shannon Summerhayes

Store Manager, Shannon, is passionate about cruising and everything to do with travel, treating every holiday she helps you to plan as if it is her own. Shannon’s passion for travel began as a child, the moment she stepped foot on an airplane! She has worked in the travel industry for the past 5 years and is now embarking on a new and exciting journey opening the Cruiseabout Williamstown store. Shannon has travelled extensively through Italy, having lived there for 8 months, as well as travelled to the UK and through parts of Europe, Africa, Asia, America, the Caribbean, Mauritius and the South Pacific. Shannon’s passion for cruising was sparked by a short journey on the Queen Mary 2. She has also cruised on board P&O and the Carnival Spirit. With her travel experience comes a wealth of knowledge, just ask her and she will be more than happy to put your dream trips together for you!

Hayley Heperi

Hayley's passion for travel and quick career change from Make Up Artist to Travel Agent came after returning from a long, exciting and adventurous year of travelling! Hayley has done everything from group tours in South America, to cruising the Caribbean with Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, to snowboarding trips in Japan, backpacking in Central America, to 5 star All Inclusive packages in Cancun. Store Manager, Amanda has had over 8 years experience in the travel industry and has travelled extensively throughout the USA & Canada, UK & Western Europe. She has great knowledge of these destinations as well as South Africa, Asia, NZ & Australia. Amanda has sailed with P&O, Princess, Avalon River Cruises & Coral Princess. She has also inspected ships with Holland America, Royal Caribbean & Viking River Cruises. She most recently inspected the magnificent Oasis of the Seas in Fort Lauderdale and cruised on the brand new Avalon Vista in the Netherlands, as well as Carnival Spirit, Voyager of the Seas and Celebrity Solstice when they arrived in Australia! Born and raised in North America (Seattle and Albuquerque) Ben moved to Adelaide in 2007 and has worked in the travel industry in Australia from the beginning. Store Manager, Tom, has been with Flight centre Limited for the past 4 years, and is passionate about travel, having previously worked as a Manager with British Airways for 4 years in the United Kingdom. Tom’s passion for travel started sixteen years ago with a trip to the USA as a lifeguard and counsellor teaching children for Camp America. His travel expanded and he lived and worked in the United Kingdom for eight years, working with British Airways and First Choice Holidays. During his stay in the UK, Tom visited Malta, Holland, and France for holidays. On leaving the UK in 2005 to return to live in Australia, Tom completed a worldwide trip extensively touring countries in the USA, Egypt, Italy, and New Zealand over a three month period. Samantha's affair with travel started in 1993, when she spent 2 years travelling and working in Europe, after which she spent 4 years as an International Travel Consultant for Traveland in Sydney. Samantha then made a change working for Club Med in Australia and French Polynesia for a few years. After that she spent 5 years travelling the world as a Sales and Marketing Manger for Tourism Whitsunday. Samantha has also sailed across the pacific for a year working on a private Superyacht. Samantha eventually settled down, and has recently spent 5 years living and working with cruise ships in the idyllic setting of Moorea French Polynesia. She has cruised with Celebrity and Princess Cruises and has a wealth of knowledge to share on most destinations. She has traveled to over 27 countries and can speak fluent French. Leah Mitchell

Leah Mitchell has spent over 15 years in both wholesale and retail sectors of the travel industry. Leah's passion for travel began 20 years ago when she visited Japan as an exchange student. She began her career in the travel industry as a reservations consultant for a wholesale touring company where she soon progressed to Reservations Manager. During this time she travelled extensively throughout Western Europe and South East Asia. Itchy feet saw Leah take off on an overseas working holiday, when she travelled to Russia, Scandinavia, Eastern Europe and to Prague - one of her favourite cities in the world. After working in both the UK and Canada, Leah returned to Australia and joined Flight Centre in 1994. Her travels have continued to take her to all parts of the globe including South America, the Greek Islands, Mexico, USA, Tahiti and South Africa.

Leah now continues her passion for travel by specialising in her love of cruising. She has most recently cruised with P&O, Princess, Oceania and Royal Caribbean. Helen Sherwin

Store Manager, Helen, started her travel industry experience in 1989 when she became a tour guide and spent many years leading groups throughout the world. After 10 years she chose Australia as her home and joined Flight Centre Capalaba. She has enjoyed a varied career with Flight Centre both in retail and in head office support positions. After having her family and running a successful business outside of the travel industry Helen has come full circle and returned to Flight Centre where until recently she was mentoring in stores helping consultants achieve their goals and to help them be the best travel agents they can be. Wanting to lead by example, Helen has recently opened Cruiseabout Cleveland sharing the manager position with Dearne Maxwell with whom she has worked for 13 years. Dearne Maxwell

Store Manager, Dearne, has had 18 years experience and has extensive training in all areas within the travel industry. She started in Fight Centre Limited in 1985 and soon became a Manager at a number of Flight Centre stores, and has held varied Recruitment, Human Resource Management and Training roles within Flight Centre Limited. Dearne has travelled extensively to most continents, and has lived in Europe , the UK and the South Pacific. She has cruised on P&O Cruises, Star Cruises, Carnival Cruises, Princess Cruises, and Royal Carribean. A number of years ago Dearne set up her own business, however she still found time to enjoy a number of cruises and overseas holidays with her family. It was her great love of and varied cruising and travel experiences that encouraged her to then become a Cruise Specialist with Cruiseabout. Dearne is passionate about all things cruise and in 2012 opened Cruiseabout Cleveland, sharing the Manager position with Helen Sherwin, with whom she has worked for 13 years in various travel roles. Assistant Manager, Jessica, has been with Flight Centre Ltd for over 5 years, most of this time on the Gold Coast. She moved up to Hervey Bay over a year ago with Flight Centre. Jessica, has had a love of cruising since starting with Flight Centre Ltd over 5 years ago, and in 2009 she travelled to Alaska to gain her Master Accreditation with the ICCA. Her passion for travel started after she finished school, going straight into college to study travel consultancy. She then travelled extensively throughout the USA after completing a summer teaching children to horse ride. Recent trips have included cruising Alaska's Inside Passage and onboard the Canadian 'Via Rail', sailing the Greek Isles onboard MS Galileo Mega Yacht, cruising the River Nile and enjoying all that Egypt has to offer, and enjoying holidays in Singapore, Thailand and Vanuatu. Her love for cruising has taken her onboard 3 Princess ships, Holland America's Volendam and Westerdam, Queen Elizabeth, P&O International's Oriana and the Pacific Dawn. Her favourite style of cruising however is small ship cruising, visiting 'off-the-beaten-track' destinations and getting up close and personal with the people and their culture. Tim Tripptree

Tim is the newest member to the team and brings with him a wealth of knowledge of the cruise industry from working with both P&O Australia and Princess Cruises sailing on the Pacific Sun, Tahitian Princess, Pacific Princess, Island Princess, Sapphire Princess, Emerald Princess and Crown Princess. During his 3 contracts onboard the Crown Princess he achieved the rank of Deputy Cruise Director and can pass on his extensive knowledge of what to expect in regards to all activities, events, entertainment and the various other departments onboard. His 5 years experience on ships has allowed him to see most of the world and sailed extensively throughout the USA, Alaska, Canada, Caribbean, Mexico, UK, Europe, South Pacific. His No.1 destination is Venice as it has one of the best sail-ins you will ever see in the world and there is so much history and culture to take in. Store Manager, Damian Clark, has been involved in the travel Industry for the past 8 years. His love for cruise began in 2003, when he was employed with Carnival Cruise Lines as a casino dealer. This saw him travel all over the world, cruising through the Mediterranean, Caribbean / Bahamas and the Mexican Riviera. Returning home after 3 years on the high seas and 1 year travelling the UK and Europe, Damian has since worked for Flight Centre and recently opened Cruiseabout Q Supercentre on the Gold Coast. Part time cruise specialist Jennifer has just returned to the travel industry. Jen has previously worked with the Flight Centre and has been an Assistant Store Manager in Bowral in the Southern Highlands and then Store Manager in Spring Street, Sydney. Instead of returning to her role at Dreamworld as Events Manager after having her family, Jen decided to come back to what she loves......... travel and joined the Cruiseabout brand in August 2011. Julie Malane has been in the travel industry since 1987, having started with one of the first ever Flight Centres on the Gold Coast in Surfers Paradise. Throughout her travel industry years, Julie has travelled extensively. Julie has visited South America, United States of America, Hawaii, UK, Europe, Asia - Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Bali and the Pacific including Noumea, Vanuatu, Fiji, Tahiti and New Zealand. Julie has cruised on several of the P & O ships as well as Star Cruises Superstar Leo. Apart from her family of husband and three children, Julie's passion is travelling and she thoroughly enjoys planning her client's cruise holidays including airfares, pre and post accommodation, tours and travel insurance.

Ellen Eastwood

Ellen has 20 years of experience and an extensive knowledge of all facets of the travel industry, having made her start in 1990. Store Manager, Lee started her career in travel working onboard cruise ships as a Port Lecturer in the Caribbean. Having recently returned to Australia, Lee brings a wealth of experience from her time working overseas. Lee has travelled extensively around the Bahamas, USA, The Keys, Singapore, Thailand, Bali, Langkawi Island, Pacific Islands and New Zealand. Susan joins Cruiseabout New Farm with over 30 years Sales and Sales Management experience, providing her with extensive Australian and International travel experience and knowledge. Susan is passionate about providing amazing service to amazing travellers. At last count ,Susan has visited over 40 countries, and met numerous people from different cultures, creating memorable experiences which she is happy to share. Susan’s passion for travel started as she sailed out of Sydney Harbour across the Pacific, through the the Panama Canal, across the Atlantic and into the Mediterranean, disembarking in Italy to begin her extensive travels throughout Europe. Susan went onto travel the USA and Asia extensively. Susan has also sailed the Yangtze River in China and around the Fijian Islands. Susan’s cruise wish list includes Antarctica and the Galapagos, Canada and Alaska and The Nile River. Susan is pleased to be joining Katrina, Lee and Kate at the Cruiseabout New Farm team. Jo Tatton

With over 15 years experience in customer service, Assistant Manager Jo, is committed to providing the highest level of customer service possible. Jo’s travel experience is varied, with her favourite destinations being the Hawaiian Islands and South East Asia. Jo’s first experience with cruising was seeing the Queen Victoria on her Maiden voyage in Honolulu. Jo spent 2 years as a successful corporate & leisure travel consultant. She brings to the Cruiseabout Noosa an extensive knowledge of airfares and touring, thus able to complement any cruise component and offer a variety of cruise deals. Jo is passionate about cruising and is currently working towards attaining her ICCA Masters accreditation.

Emma Scott

Emma has travelled extensively throughout Europe having lived a year in the quaint medieval town of Cesky Krumlov in the Czech Republic. Prior to settling there she spent 6 months on the road in Italy, France, Spain, Switzerland, Germany & Austria. On her way to Europe she experienced Thailand and Cambodia. Prior to being a globe trotter Emma was running the Signature Restaurants' kitchen on Hamilton Island where she lived in the wonderful Whitsunday’s for a year and a half. Her hospitality background ensures that her journeys are orientated around food, wine and coffee. On arrival back in Australia, needing a change in scenery she joined the Flight Centre group a year and a half ago and has just moved into the Cruiseabout family. Store Manager, Michelle, has just moved from Cruiseabout Albany Creek to open our newest store - Cruiseabout Wilston. Michelle has travelled extensively through Europe, United Kingdom, USA and Canada where she worked in the Ski Fields at Whistler. She has also travelled through Asia and the South Pacific. Assistant Store Manager, Katrina, has recently joined Cruiseabout Wilston from our New Farm store, after fifteen years in the Flight Centre family as a leisure travel consultant. Store Manager, Sonia, has worked for Flight Centre Limited since 2006, and started in the travel industry in 2004. She has extensive knowledge and experience with all things travel from airfares to touring, and hotels to cruising. From her first cruise of the Mediterranean at age 14, Sonia knew that travel, and in particular cruising, would be what she excelled at. Having travelled comprehensively through Europe, Asia, Africa, the Middle East, North and Central America and the South Pacific, Sonia is skilled at organising any journey. Twelve cruises later, and with many other holidays under her belt, she brings great attention to detail, excellent customer service and in-depth knowledge to her clients. Her cruise wish-list includes the Caribbean, Antarctica and the Galapagos.

Glenda Hagan

Glenda's love of travel started 14 years ago and to date she has visited over 37 countries. Glenda soon realised a job in travel would enable her to keep exploring new parts of the world as well as help others realise their dream destinations. She spent the next 5 years working in the travel industry in the UK, the last year of which she was a cruise specialist, thus giving her the opportunity to visit a few different cruise liners, including Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, Holland America, Silversea and Regent. Her extensive knowledge as well as travel experience has given her a passion for travel which is clear to see from the enthusiastic professional manner she gives each of her clients, offering them advice and recommendations to ensure everyone has an enjoyable and trouble free holiday.

Mary Kelly

Assistant Store Manager, Mary has been in the travel industry since 1972, not only as a travel agent but also including 10 years with Insight Tours as Groups Manager both in Australia and Canada. Mary obtained her ICCA Master Cruise accreditation in 2009 in Alaska. Having specialized in cruising for the past 9 or 10 years, Mary loves being able to use her experience to help her clients decide on their next cruise holiday.

Mary has, almost accidentally, become a river cruise specialist, having cruised the Nile, the Mekong with Pandaw, the Danube with Avalon, The Volga with Viking and the Zambezi on the Zambezi Queen. She has cruised extensively on cruise ships as well including the Mediterranean, Mexico, India, Alaska, South Pacific and New Zealand, with the highlights including Silver Shadow, Regent Seven Seas Voyager, Queen Elizabeth, Rhapsody of the Seas, Arcadia, P&O Australia and Princess Cruises’ ships of all sizes… and is soon to add the brand new Oceania Riviera. “With 40 years in the travel industry this year (2012), I’m so happy that I decided to specialize in cruising – I love it!”

Debbi Clarke

Store Manager, Debbie, has joined the Cruiseabout team at our new store in Erina, and this January, 2013 will celebrate her 20th anniversary with the Flight Centre family. Her first experience of cruising was a world voyage from England to Australia when she was 5 years old! Since then she has cruised on Superstar Leo & Gemini, Rhapsody of the Seas, Costa Romantica, Carnival Spirit - and a Canal Barge in Netherlands, Belgium & France. Debbi has lived and worked in the UK and France - and her travels prior to joining Flight Centre, and the years since - have seen her travel to 52 countries - amongst her favourites are Africa, Alaska and Vietnam - and especially anywhere there are mountains to ski down! Debbi's many years of experience, attention to detail & high level of customer service help her to provide her clients with a unique travel experience that they tell all her friends about. Happily, it has also earnt her a number of Flight Centre Customer Service Awards. Growing up on the Central Coast - and coming back to live here again more than 15 years ago - Debbi is thrilled to be "on board" Cruiseabout Erina and looks forward to helping you with all your travel plans.

Andrew Hawthorne

Andrew has worked in the Tourism and Travel industries both in Australia and the UK for over 15 years. He has an abundant knowledge of many destinations and a real passion for travel, having visited over 30 counties on all continents. This knowledge combines well with his attention to detail and dedication to providing uncompromising service. Although new to Cruiseabout, during his many years living the UK Andrew has cruised with Royal Caribbean, P&O World, Princess and Disney Cruise Lines. Andrew is looking forward to providing the Central Coast with it's first "One Stop Cruise Shop!"

Julia Luka

Julia started working in the travel industry in 1995, but she fell in love with cruising on her first cruise in 1987, cruising down the Nile River. Julia has travelled extensively, backpacking around Ireland, the Greek Islands, and London, and has many cruises to add to that list. She has cruised on Queen Elizabeth 2, Carnival Ecstasy, Pride of Aloha, Sun Princess, Dawn Princess, Pacific Jewel, Pacific Sun, SuperStar Leo, MSC Opera, Rhapsody and Voyager of the Seas, and Celebrity Solstice, and has inspected many more. Julia holds an ICCA Masters Cruise Accreditation, and is expertly qualified to help you plan and book your dream cruise holiday.

Tina Wheelock

Tina has been employed with Flight Centre Ltd since June 2001. She started her career at Escape Travel in Eastgardens in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, and was promoted to Team Leader in that store within 6 months of starting and continued in the role until early 2004 when she went on Maternity leave. In mid-2004 Tina, alongside her Area Leader, opened The Escape Travel Store in Bondi Junction and worked there until late 2005 when she travelled with her family to spend one year with her in-laws in Ireland. During Tina's time in Ireland she was able to take advantage of the great proximity to the rest of Europe and therefore has travelled extensively through, Ireland, the UK & the majority of Western Europe. Tina's other travel experience has included North America, Hawaii, the majority of Asia, South Pacific & Australia. Tina has recently returned from the Royal Caribbean's 'Radiance of the Sea's where she enjoyed all amenities but paid particular attention to the amazing on board children's facilities. Having 3 children of her own will certainly be of assistance to our family market. Tina looks forward to using her travel experience to help you plan and book your dream cruise holiday.

Rosemary Preston

Store Manager, Rosemary has been working in the travel industry for the last 11 years, and specialising in Cruise for the last 4. She has travelled extensively throughout Asia, South America, Europe and the South Pacific. She has been fortunate enough to cruise the Med, Alaska and the South Pacific, as well as try river cruising in Europe and Russia. Rosemary is an accredited cruise consultant with the International Cruise Council of Australasia, and likes to keep her knowledge fresh by attending ship inspections whenever there is an opportunity. In addition to cruising on MSC, Princess, Royal Caribbean, P&O, Uniworld and Viking, she has inspected ships amongst the Cunard, Seabourn, Silversea, Oceania, Holland America, Regent Seven Seas and Crystal fleet.

Nicola Giles

Nicola has worked in the travel industry for 10 years, and selling cruise holidays for 5 years. She was previously employed by other wholesalers specialising in the cruise departments. Nicola has travelled to parts of Europe, North America, the Middle East, Asia, South Pacific and New Zealand. She has cruised on MSC Orchestra, MSC, Sinfonia, Radiance of the Seas and Legend of the Seas. Her favourite destination to holiday is Europe.

Stefany Goldring

Stefany’s love affair with travel began at 18 and continues today. Having lived and studied overseas, including the small town of Linköping in Sweden and the large city of London, she has managed to visit 43 countries around the world including much of Europe, southern Africa and South East Asia – and most of this before she joined the Flight Centre family! However, after three years at Flight Centre and upon realising that 70% of the earth is water and therefore there’s a lot left to explore, Stefany has recently joined Cruiseabout. She has whet her appetite (‘scuse the pun) on a couple of short cruises from Sydney and a number of ship inspections, including the Pacific Pearl and Dawn Princess and is excitedly awaiting the arrival of Voyager of the Seas. Due to Stefany’s extensive travel and work experience, she is able to assist booking your detailed itineraries for sea, land and air and for countries she has not yet visited!

Jackie Heiron

Store Manager, Jackie Heiron, has been cruising since the age of 3 when she went on her first South Pacific cruise. Jackie’s passion for cruising lead to her spending 6 years working for P&O and Princess Cruises which saw her cruise the South Pacific extensively as well as the Caribbean, Panama Canal, Mexican Riviera and Alaska. She has also travelled extensively to a range of other destinations including Asia, Europe, USA & South America. She is highly skilled having recently completed her ICCA Masters Certificate. Store Manager, Jessie, has been in the travel industry for over ten years, most recently as assistant manager of Explore Holidays Cruise. She has a passion for travel, culture, food and wine and has extensive destination and airfares knowledge aided by her years as a wholesaler, of both land and sea travel. Jessie has cruised with Norwegian Cruise Line, Royal Caribbean, Viking, Avalon, P&O & Holland America Line as well as experiencing numerous others while in port. Jessie has an award winning customer service record and is eager to continue this trend while at the Cruiseabout Mosman store.

Shayna King

Assistant Manager, Shayna King, has been officially working in the travel industry for 3 years, but has been organising holidays for family and friends for over 6 years. She can create any holiday, from a relaxing South West Pacific cruise to a detailed adventure holiday across Asia. Shayna has spent time living abroad in both Canada and the UK and has traveled throughout the UK, Western Europe, Canada and the USA. She has cruised with P&O Australia, Princess Cruises and Royal Caribbean and is ready for her next cruise experience. Her favourite holiday destination is Israel for the mix of European and Middle Eastern cultures, the local arts and the ancient history. Her dream holiday is a 3 month road trip across the USA, finishing with a trip on the Oasis of the Seas through the Caribbean.

Nina Kikic

Nina spent 2 years travelling extensively, joining Cruiseabout upon arriving home. Previously, Nina was employed as a wholesaler with Creative Holidays, specialising in their cruise & group travel department. Her European heritage makes her a natural choice for anyone looking for advice on the Mediterranean or overland European holidays. One of Nina's favourite holiday destinations is Hawaii, closely followed by the Caribbean.

Sam Tropiano

Sam has been working in the travel industry for 7 years, working exclusively in the cruise market in both wholesale and retail. He has extensive knowledge of cruise experiences and life on board and has cruised with Holland America, P&O Australia, Princess Cruises and Royal Caribbean and inspected ships with Oceania, Celebrity, Regent Seven Seas and Cunard. Before joining Cruiseabout Mosman in January 2012, Sam traveled for 3 months through England, Germany, Spain, Italy, the USA and Canada. His favourite holiday destination is Croatia, because of the gorgeous beaches, great food, historical surrounds and kind locals. His dream holiday is a Paul Gauguin Cruise followed by a week in an overwater bungalow in Bora Bora.

Claudette Mudie

Claudette's cruise experience includes cruising on Royal Caribbean, Holland America, MSC, Princess Cruises, P&O Australia, Viking, and has inspected many more including the Cunard ships QM2 and Queen Victoria, Crystal, Regent Seven Seas, Oceania, Classical International. Janette Wall

Store Manager Janette has been in the travel industry for 13 years, specialising in cruising for the last eight years at Cruiseabout Turramurra. Janette has cruised Asia, The Pacific(including French Polynesia), New Zealand, The Mediterranean, the North Sea, Mexican Riviera, Alaska and Canada New England, and European Rivers, in addition to many domestic coastal voyages on vessels accommodating as few as 50 guests up to 4000 guests. Janette recently added the French Vessel L’Austral to her cruising experiences.

Janette obtained her ICCA Master Accreditation in 2006. She is also a P&O and Princess Commodore and A Royal Caribbean International Admiral. In 2008 Janette was a finalist for ICCA Australian Cruise Consultant of the year, the same year Cruiseabout Turramurra won Australian Cruise Agency of the year. Janette was awarded Cruiseabout Top Retail Consultant worldwide for 2010-2011, and 2011-2012. Janette is well qualified to look after all of your travel requirements.

Alison Lord

Assistant Manager, Alison, has over 18 years of travel experience and specialises in cruising and business travel. She has travelled on many ships including the Pacific Jewel, Pacific Dawn and Pacific Pearl and the Dawn Princess but has been fortunate to have inspected many more including ships from Holland America Line, Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, Silversea, Queen Victoria and Queen Mary. Alison has vast experience in airfares enabling her to offer the complete cruise travel package. Having specialized in cruising for the past 5 years Alison joined the Award winning Cruiseabout Turramurra office 6 months ago. Alison is accredited with the Cruise Council of Australia.

Jennifer Saberton

Jennifer Saberton has had over 25 years of travel experience including specialising in cruising for the past 20 years within both the retail and wholesale sectors. She has travelled on numerous cruises throughout the world including Antarctica, Alaska, Mexican Riviera, Transatlantic, Mediterranean, Nile River, Amazon River, Caribbean, Asia and the South Pacific. Jenny has sailed most recently on the Orion, Aurora and Carnival Pride where she successfully completed her Masters qualifications for the International Cruise Council.

Linda Laing

Originally from British Columbia in Canada, Linda Laing began her Australian travel career 37 years ago. One of her first positions in Australia was with the well known cruise brand, P&O Cruises. Linda has vast experience in airfares and add-on land arrangements, enabling her to offer the complete cruise travel package. Her most recent cruise experiences have been with Oceania Cruise Lines, Peregrine in Antarctica, Star Cruises and Norwegian Cruise Lines. Linda also holds her Masters Certificate from the Cruise Council of Australia.

Robert Watson

Store Manager, Robert Watson is a highly qualified and experienced manager, having spent some 35 years in the industry. He was originally with Alitalia and then began his own corporate agency, Nova Travel, in Melbourne. This was followed with a role as Manager of Traveland Erina on the New South Wales Central Coast. Robert's most recent position was NSW Business Development Manager for Traveland, looking after some 22 retail stores. Robert holds his Masters Certificate from the International Cruise Council and is also the NSW representative of the International Cruise Council of Australia. Robert was also awarded Australian Cruise Consultant of the year at the 2012 ICCA Cruise Industry Awards.

Mathew Ditchburn

Store Manager, Mat spent a year travelling Europe, after which he based himself in the UK and spent four years in the travel industry whilst travelling the remainder of Europe, along with many other places like The Mediterranean, The Caribbean, North Africa & USA. Mat has travelled the globe extensively in all forms, from backpacking, coach tours, rail, self drive's, group tours, and motor homes, through to 7 star hotels in Dubai. But his passion remains with cruising.

Mat's cruise experience includes Australia, Asia, Baltic's, Egypt, Eastern & Western Caribbean, South Pacific, Central & Southern Mediterranean, United Kingdom & Ireland. Oasis of the Seas was one of his highlights and he has cruised on the larger ships with Royal Caribbean, Princess, P&O Australia & Europe, Celebrity Cruises including the launch of Equinox, MSC and Cunard along with some of the smaller boutique cruise lines such as Silverseas, Seabourn and day visits on many others. Now back home in Perth, he is happy to share his experience and passion for cruising and put together the perfect land or cruise package for your next holiday in any destination.

Mikhaila McCormack

Having sailed ‘the seven seas’ and explored all continents, Mikhaila lives and breathes the fascination of far off places. Her love of travel started at a young age with an around the world trip in a motor home and extensive island hopping throughout SE Asia. She has lived and worked in the UK, and spent 6 years working on Holland America Line and Windstar Cruises. Some of the many highlights of her cruising include a helicopter and glacier trek in Alaska; piranha fishing and cuddling a sloth in the Amazon; the breathtaking scenery and wildlife of Antarctica; swimming in the Blue Lagoon in Reykjavík, Iceland; being able to visit the most southern and most northern settlements in the world; circumnavigating South America; and cruising the Northern polar ice cap, twice!

Mikhaila has visited the Radiance of the Seas and P&O Internationals' Arcadia and has also experienced the luxury of sailing on the Queen Mary 2, Dawn Princess and Rhapsody of the Seas. Her next adventure is circumnavigating New Zealand on the Voyager of the Seas. Mikhaila is thoroughly enjoying her time at Cruiseabout Cottesloe, as she uses her extensive first-hand knowledge of the cruising experience to help create amazing holidays for others.

Natasha D'Silva

Natasha joined the Cruiseabout team in December 2012. She recently returned to Australia after spending 7 years in Canada living in Vancouver, Banff and Lake Louise. She has thoroughly explored Alaska and the Canadian Rockies and encountered a bear or two in her time. Prior to her move to the rugged mountains of Canada, Natasha mastered her sea legs spending 7 years working on board the luxury cruise line Crystal Cruises, sailing Alaska, South America, New England and Canada, Antarctica, Australia and New Zealand. Her passion for all things water based started back in 1995 when she spent a year working for Carnival Cruise Lines enjoying the sights and sounds of the Caribbean. She has lived and travelled all over the world, with her favourite destinations being Hawaii, South America and Prague. Her most interesting cruise was from Ushuaia to Antarctica, watching leopard seals, penguins or orcas. Natasha has recently sailed on the Queen Mary 2 and also visited the beautiful Celebrity Solstice and Voyager of the Seas. Harriet Talbert

Store Manager, Harriet, has been with Flight Centre Limited since April 2008, and she was the Assistant Manager at a Flight Centre office for 2 years. Harriet is very passionate about travelling and spent 3 months last year travelling the USA including Hawaii. She had a fantastic experience on the Carnival Splendor which cruised from LA to Mexico. She has also cruised the South Pacific with P & O. Harriet has visited many countries in Asia including China, Vietnam, Phuket, Bali and Langkawi. Being born in the UK, she has seen and travelled a fair bit of Europe. Harriet loves cruising and consider it to be her favorite type of holiday, from the great value for money to all the new and exciting places you get to see. She can't wait to explore more!

Jo Mcilvena

Jo Mcilvena is a new addition to the Flight Centre/Cruiseabout Team. Jo has recently returned to Mandurah after five years working onboard cruise ships. She has literally sailed the seven seas, working with Carnival Cruise Lines onboard Cunard, Princess Cruise Line and Holland America Line. Jo has been to Canada and Alaska, Mexican Riviera, Panama and Suez Canal, South Pacific including Hawaii, the Bahamas and the Caribbean, Mediterranean, Canary Islands, Madeira and many more. This has enabled her to gain extensive first-hand experience and knowledge. Jo loves cruising and believes that it is the best way to holiday. She is a one-stop shop of knowledge on anything you may need to know about life on board, and can help you plan your next cruise holiday.

Laura Slater

Laura is the newest member to the Cruiseabout team. After studying Travel and Tourism at college Laura always knew she wanted to work in travel. Having moved to Australia from the UK in November 2010 Laura has extensive knowledge of Europe and is passionate about travel. Laura has also traveled to America and recently to Bali. She is passionate about providing high level of customer service and is confident she will book you the holiday of a life time.

Pintip Suthayakhom

Store Manager, Pintip, has worked for Flight Centre Limited since February 2008. She is committed to providing the highest quality of customer service possible. Her travel experience is varied and extensive, having traveled through Asia, Europe, North America, Canada, Southern Africa, New Zealand and Australia. She has also experiened cruiselines including P&O Australia, Princess Cruises, Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises and Holland America Line. In joining the Cruiseabout team, she has obtained her ICCA (International Cruise Council Australasia) accreditation, and with her experiences, she looks forward to helping you plan your next holiday.

Candice Sim

Assistant Manager, Candice, has joined Cruiseabout with three years experience previously working in Flight Centre and is an accredited consultant with P&O and Princess Cruises, Royal Caribbean, Azamara Club Cruises and Celebrity Cruises. She enjoys travelling and has been to numerous countries in Asia and Europe as well as North America. She is now exploring the world of cruising to compliment her travel experience and yours.

Rebecca McDonald

Rebecca joined Cruiseabout after almost five years helping clients plan their dream holidays at Escape Travel, where she developed a strong interest in cruising. She has extensive travel experience throughout Europe, including cruising down the breathtaking Danube, and is also well travelled in America, South America and the South Pacific. Her attention to detail, highly experienced customer service skills, and passion for providing clients with a unique travel experience makes her a valuable addition to the Cruiseabout team. Gillian Woodley

Store Manager, Gillian, has been in the travel industry for 15 years and has extensive travel experience and knowledge. Her amazing travel experiences include challenging trekking holidays like the Kokoda track, Everest Base Camp and the Inca Trail in Peru, to the luxurious Blue Train and Sun City Palace in South Africa. Gillian has parasailed into the Zigby Bay Resort in Oman, visited the Lost City of Petra in Jordan, and floated down the Mekong Delta on a river cruise. Her expertise is not only in cruise, but in putting together complex air itineraries and all types of travel products including rail, self-drive, independent walking and cycling. Gillian has cruised in some of the most beautiful places in the world, including Alaska, the Mexican Riviera, Fiji, Malaysia & Thailand, Vietnam and Hong Kong, Egypt and the Eastern Caribbean. With her experience and passion for travel, Gillian is certain to create the perfect cruise holiday so you have a trip of a lifetime.

Ben Vanderveer

Ben has worked on board cruise ships for 5 years with Princess Cruises and P&O Australia. During this time, Ben has had the opportunity to explore 6 continents and over 50 countries. He has cruised on large grand class ships right through to the explore class ships, to destinations such as Santorini, St. Petersburg, Cape Town, Bora Bora, Hong Kong, and cruising along the Amazon River. But to Ben, there is no place like docking at the Overseas Passenger Terminal in Sydney between the Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge. With his extensive cruise experience he certainly has the knowledge and passion to assist you creating that dream holiday.

Briony Harris

Briony has always been a passionate traveller, she is always bursting with excitement to get away on her next trip or talking about her last adventure! After working in the travel industry for 7 years Briony decided to take the plunge and move to Europe. She packed up her life, and along with her husband and 2 year old daughter they all made the move. For the next year the 3 of them travelled around the UK and Europe in a motor-home, discovering the back-roads and hidden secrets of the various areas. While in Europe she was fortunate enough to do a river cruise on the Danube, a Nile river cruise in Egypt and a 3 week intensive Mediterranean Cruise. On returning to Australia, she began working for Channel 10 in Sales, Marketing and Promotions. Move forward 3 years, and she has returned to her passion, travel. She is so happy to be back working in travel and talking to people about their dreams of travelling the world. Briony has travelled to many places all over the world. She is more than happy to spend time with you discussing and sharing stories. She is determined to make sure all travel details are taken care of, so she puts together the perfect holiday for you.
