Dave Ellis

Dave's passion for travel started 6 years ago at the start of his round world trip. On his return, travel has continued being a large part of his life and for the past 4 years it's been a pleasure to be able to share that passion with his clients. Some of his stand out travel experience includes Egypt, Cambodia, Nepal, Spain but easily the highlight would have to be spending a month cruising around the Antarctica Peninsular. Dave is delighted to bring his extensive knowledge to Cruiseabout Belmont to assist booking all kinds of holidays from flights, accommodation, land tours and most importantly cruises.

His cruise wish list includes Greek Islands sailing, Singapore to Rome via the Suez Canal and New York to Rio De Janeiro

Penelope Sinclair

Penny has always been a passionate traveller, always bursting with excitment to get away on her next trip or talking about her last adventure! Penny is very fond of her travel bug and has just clocked 10 years since her first trip overseas to New Zealand. After living in London for 12 months Penny began working in the travel industry on her return to Australia and 8 short years later the travel list just keeps getting longer. The more she sees the more she want to see!! Cambodia is by far her ultimate destination and Penny has been there 3 times.

Penny spent 2 years living in Canada, also working in travel. So far South East Asia, Egypt, Europe, America and Central America have been very welcoming to her. Last year she had a taste of Europe River Cruising and she would highly recommend this to anyone. Next - she cannot wait to explore India, South America and Africa....and more of South East Asia.....and Cuba!!! Her cruise wish list includes Carribean, Meditteranean and both the Suez and Panama Canals!!!

Kyle Davis

Kyle has experience as a part of the shipboard crew on many diverse vessels, spanning several different cruise lines. It has given him the opportunity to discover the nuances of ship life from the Super Liners to the Intimate Boutique-Deluxe Ships. The areas of travel that Kyle is most familiar with include North America, Caribbean/Mexico, the Mediterranean and the Baltics. He is also affluent with other areas of the world and will knowledgeably make a solid recommendation for you. Kyle is a native of Canada and will serve you with enthusiasm and precision.

His cruise wish list includes Royal Caribbean's Allure of the Seas, World Cruise, Europe River Cruise, and Australia Circumnavigation .

Trevor Freer

Store Manager, Trevor Freer has been in the travel industry for 14 years, working mainly in country Victoria - 10 years at Flight Centre Shepparton and 4 years at Flight Centre Echuca. His adventure in travel began when he left for London on a working holiday in 1993. Trevor lived in Europe for 3 years, as well as a year in Africa and the Middle East. During this time he travelled extensively, visiting over 50 countries. Trevor has travelled far and wide, from the mighty Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe to the magnificent temples of Angkor in Cambodia, the legendary Bermuda triangle to the lost city of Petra in Jordan. He has cruised with Cunard, Royal Carribean, Princess, Star Cruises, Louis Cruise Lines, Celebrity and Oceania to all parts of the globe. Trevor is delighted to bring his extensive knowledge and experience, combined with his keen eye for detail, to Cruiseabout Bendigo.

Meaghan Cleaver

Meaghan has been with Flight Centre for 10 years, including 1 year in London. Her travel adventures have taken her to 49 countries across 6 continents. Meaghan's passion is cruising, having sailed on Royal Carribean, Superstar Virgo, Celebrity, Louis Cruise Lines and her favourite, Oceania. Meaghan has organised holidays for 1 to groups of over 40 people and her understanding of what clients require has made her a very successful travel consultant. Sally Stockdale

Store Manager, Sally Stockdale is passionate about cruising and everything to do with travel, treating every holiday as if it were her own. For over four years she worked onboard every vessel in the Princess Cruises fleet, allowing her the opportunity to explore various ports in the Mediterranean, Canada and Alaska, Mexico, Panama Canal, Caribbean, North and South America and the South Pacific. Sally has travelled extensively to a range of destinations including Africa, Asia, Europe, Russia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Ireland, Hawaii, Cuba and New York… twice! She is highly skilled with international airfares and land arrangements making her ideal to organise your perfect trip, whether that be a luxurious first-class voyage or one of many cheap cruises, river cruises or something in between.

Simone Kacan

Assistant Manager, Simone has worked for Flight Centre Limited for the past 11 years and has extensive knowledge and experience with airfares, touring, hotels and cruising.

She is an accredited Cruise consultant with the International Cruise Council of Australasia and has consistently been a top consultant in her area for the past 10 years. Simone's mix of bubbly personality and understanding of what the client requires, is what she says makes her a successful consultant.

Simone is excited to be a part of Cruiseabout as she loves cruising and has cruised several times including the Caribbean with Carnival, Asia with Star Cruises, Nile Cruising and Princess Cruises.

Derek Harwood

Derek Harwood has been with Flight Centre Limited for eight years managing various stores. He brings to the brand an extensive knowledge of airfares and touring, thus able to complement any cruise component and offer a variety of cruise deals. Having visited every populated continent by air and land, he is now looking forward to exploring by sea with the fantastic new brand, Cruiseabout.

Cameron Mannix

Cameron Mannix has over five years of experience working on cruise ships with Princess Cruises and P&O Cruises. He has cruised on large grand class ships right through to the smaller boutique style ships to destinations including the South Pacific, the Caribbean, the Amazon River/South America, Africa and Europe, including the Baltic and the Mediterranean. Cameron is delighted to bring his extensive knowledge of the cruising industry to Cruiseabout Kew.

Rohan Ford

Rohan Ford has lived for extended periods in the United States and Japan, and has cruised in Mexico and Mediterranean Europe, including the Greek Islands. He is an expert in challenging round the world itineraries and recently managed a successful Student Flights store. While Rohan's first cruise experience ended badly when he learnt on the last day he could have been ordering room service free of charge for the entire cruise, his now extensive knowledge means he knows all these little tips and hints to save others making similar mistakes.

Skye Dean

Skye Dean (Manager) has been in the travel industry for over 4 years and has had a passion for travel her whole life. Skye's first cruise was on the original P&O Oriana for 6 weeks to Asia when she was just 5 years old and has been hooked on cruising ever since! Skye previously worked for Flight Centre Ltd which means she can assist, advise & organise all aspects of her clients travel and holiday needs. Skye has cruised locally and abroad and enjoys hearing about her clients onboard experiences as much as creating the perfect cruise holiday for them.

Tara Boyles

Tara Boyles (Assistant Manager) has been with Flight Centre Limited for 4 years. Tara has a HUGE love for cruising having sailed with P&O twice before and also has an extensive knowledge of the Princess brand also. Tara brings with her a great knowledge in destinations, airfares, accommodation and coach touring, thus able to give you the complete cruising package.Tara is excited to have now joined the Cruiseabout brand and is now looking forward to sharing her passion with her clients.

Jeanette Del Prete

Jeanette Del Prete (Travel Consultant) has previously worked for Flight Centre Ltd and had extensive training in International Airfares, International & Domestic Destinations as well as specialised Cruise Training. Jeanette has been onboard two of Australia's biggest cruise lines, Princess and P&O, and it's Jeanette's attention to detail and exceptional service skills that ensure her clients have the holiday of their dreams and memories that last forever.

Roland Kautzky

Store Manager, Roland Kautzky, has worked in the Travel Industry for over ten years. He has extensive destination knowledge and a strong passion for travel, which he combines with his keen eye for detail and his dedication to providing uncompromising service. He holds his Masters Certificate from the Cruise Council of Australia. During his four years with Cruiseabout, Roland has cruised on Princess, Royal Carribbean, Holland America Line, P&O, Cunard, Norwegian Cruise Line, and Crystal, complemented by inspections of many more ships during port visits in Melbourne. During a recent visit in Fort Lauderdale, he has also been on board the world's largest cruise ship, the "Oasis of the Seas".

Julie Devereux

Julie has been with Cruiseabout just over a year now but has 13 years industry experience. She loves cruising and has a real passion for travel in general. Julie has cruised around the beautiful Mediterranean, the crystal clear waters of Fiji, sailed the Whitsundays and most recently enjoyed the marvels of Russia on her first ever river cruise. Her travels also extend to South America, Asia, North America and Canada and she is also looking forward to her trip of a lifetime to Anatctica next year!!

Lauren Chaberka

Lauren, has been in the travel industry for 6 years but her passion to see the world started long before this in high school when studying ancient history. She quickly made her first dream “to see Egypt with her own eyes” a reality and now continues to seek out new and exciting destinations not only for herself but for her clients. Over the last 10 years she has been lucky enough to travel around the UK and through Europe including France, Spain and Italy, across the United States by rail from New York to San Francisco, zig zaged through Asia and popped across to our neighbors in New Zealand, with her most recent adventure taking her to Russia, crossing off another life long dream. Other travel highlights include Greek Island hopping for her 30th b’day, cruising the Dalmatian coastline of Croatia and hiking Mt Kinabalu in Malaysian Borneo. Kathryn Gregg

Kathryn lives and breathes travel - when she is not planning her client's holiday she is thinking about where to take her family for their next adventure. Having lived in Italy and New York she can add insider knowledge to your itinerary and loves suggesting things that you may not have thought of. With the range of cruising options out there she understands that there is a cruise for everyone whether as a complete holiday or a small part of your whole trip. Having children of her own she understands the needs of family travel and can help in orgainsing the perfect itinerary. A self confessed "cruise addict", Ali will be happy to share her extensive knowledge with you to ensure your next holiday is a memorable one.

Elise Moynihan

Elise loves to travel and see the world! She is a highly experienced consultant having worked in the travel industry for more than 15 years, and takes great pride in looking after her clients and providing exceptional customer service and attention to detail. Elise enjoys starting with a travel idea and working with her clients to build it into an exciting trip of a lifetime! She has extensive knowledge of airfares, hotels, touring and many destinations. Elise has travelled extensively throughout Europe, USA & Canada, South Pacific (loves Fiji!), the Maldives, China, South East Asia, Africa, New Zealand and Australia. Tanya Horrocks

Tanya has worked in retail travel for the past 10 years and is thrilled to be part of the Cruiseabout family. Kirk Walpole

Store Manager, Kirk, is passionate about cruising and everything to do with travel. For over eight years he worked onboard every vessel in the Princess Cruises fleet, cruising to all seven continents and calling into over 200 different ports of call. This, coupled with Kirk's own personal travel, means there are not too many corners of the world that he hasn't touched. Kirk has also spent over 5 years working at Flight Centre, so he is highly skilled with international airfares and land arrangements making him ideal to organise your perfect get away.

David Macbeth

David Macbeth is an avid cruiser having spanned the globe on numerous cruises over the past ten years. He has been fortunate to experience a wide variety of different ships, from the larger cruise lines such as Princess, Holland America and Celebrity, through to the smaller boutique cruise lines such as Seabourn, Windstar, Oceania, Azamara, Viking River Cruises and Star Clippers. Having visited over 90 countries David is always happy to share his extensive experience and passion for travel, and for cruising in particular as his cruise experience extends to Alaska, Asia, Mediterranean, Russia, Egypt, Panama Canal and Caribbean. With his breadth of firsthand experience David is well placed to help you find the cruise that best fits your needs and expectations.

Georgina Glass

Originally hailing from the UK, Georgina has travelled extensively throughout Europe due to its proximity. After living and studying for 12 years in Edinburgh, she was lucky enough to have been able to live in both San Francisco and New York under the guise of ‘research’. Shen then went on to do a working holiday year in Canada when she also got to experience life in both Vancouver and the East Coast. This provided her with a great platform to be able to travel overland throughout the whole of North America. It is easier to ask Georgie when she hasn’t been! When she was given an opportunity to move to Australia (in the form of an Australian backpacker in Edinburgh), it was an obvious move to make.

It is not that Georgina discounts these experiences or that they were the wasted years... but they were certainly before she discovered cruising! Georgina is all about good food and good wine and taking a cruise to any of her favourite wine regions (which is all of them incidentally) and she's in her element. What a perfect match when Cruiseabout and Georgina met. Most of her cruising has predominantly been in Australia and Europe on smaller ships but she is looking forward to cruising in South East Asia in the upcoming season. The she is looking forward to buying some new larger pants for work when she returns!

Santo Montalto

Santo Montalto has worked within the Flight Centre Group for over 17 years, four of those in the corporate sector with ten years in various management roles.

He has travelled far and wide, from the northern fjords of the Norwegian coast experiencing the marvel of the Midnight Sun, to the wilds of East Africa and the migration of the Wildebeest; from the tropical depths of the Maldives to climbing Mt Kota Kinabalu in Sabah, there's no doubting that travel is Santo's passion.

He is an accredited Cruise consultant with the International Cruise Council of Australasia, and has cruised the Pacific several times most recently with P&O and Captain Cook Cruises, as well private charters in the sunny Mediterranean and the Hurtigruten in the Norwegian fjords. He has also recently become familiar with the Dawn Princess and the Seven Seas Navigator.

Adam Crossman

Team leader, Adam Crossman, has over 15 years experience in the travel industry ranging from corporate to retail. Over this period Adam has had the pleasure of cruising aboard many ships from P&O to the luxurious Silver Seas. Adam's vast experience enables him to offer a range of suggestions to aid in the decision of which cruise best suits your lifestyle. He will then complement your cruise with flights, land arrangements and tours ensuring a complete and memorable travel experience. Lucy Bellamy

Assistant Manager, Lucy Bellamy has 15 years experience in the travel industry, with a special interest in luxury travel. Lucy has travelled extensively throughout Europe, North America and has even visited the Caribbean 17 times! Lucy works on the ethos that she wouldnt send her valued clients anywhere that she wouldnt stay herself, and that mantra ensures that each and every client has a holiday with exceptional memories that will last a lifetime. Simon Cordeiro

Simon has 6 years experience in the travel industry. Being a true englishmen he has extensive knowledge of UK and Europe and has also travelled through South America.

He has been fortunate enough to spend a number of years in French ski resorts and on the wonderful Island of Majorca.

Yvonne Barnes

Yvonne has been in the travel industry for 14 years working in a variety of areas including wholesale, tour operations, retail, car rental and now cruising. This gives Yvonne a great in depth view of all facets of the travel industry, enabling her to assist you in the ultimate travel experience. With travel to over 50 countries, Yvonne has a real passion for travel, different cultures and soaking up the local sights and scenery. Yvonne will ensure through all her personal travel and in depth knowledge of the industry, your travel experience will be well worth remembering.

Fleur Brenkley

International travel and cruise consultant Fleur Brenkley has 6 years experience in the travel industry and has a wealth of information to share with her clients. Fleur has travelled extensively throughout Europe and the UK, Asia, North America and most recently, Africa. Fleur has a passion for the Mediterranean, and specialises in creating beautiful itineraries to this region. Fleur has inspected a number of ships and most recently experienced a European River Cruise on the Avalon Tapestry.

Claire Araujo

Claire is the Team Leader at Cruiseabout Burnside. She is extremely passionate about travelling & has personally travelled extensively through Europe, Asia, Africa, The USA, Canada, Alaska & the Caribbean. After working on Royal Caribbean Cruiselines & Princess Cruises for 3 years, Claire has bought her wealth of cruise & destination knowledge to the gorgeous Burnside store. She has also done several ship inspections, including Seabourn, Holland America & Norwegian Cruise Lines. Claire takes pride in builiding relationships with each of her clients & helping in planning their perfect holiday.

Amanda Sifkus

Amanda has 8 years experience in the travel industry and has travelled extensively throughout the USA & Canada, UK & Western Europe. She has great knowledge of these destinations as well as South Africa, Asia, NZ & Australia. Amanda has either sailed on or inspected ships with Princess, P&O, Holland America, Royal Caribbean & Coral Princess. Caroline Cook

Caroline truly loves to travel and has done so extensivly her whole life. Growing up in the UK allowed her to holiday in all parts of Europe which she did every year until the age of 23, when she left England to work on the Cruise ships. While working for some of the most famous cruise lines in the world, Caroline has spent time in Canada, Alaska, North and South America, the Caribbean, the Mediterranean, the Baltic and the Pacific Ocean. Her favourite voyage to date was the World Cruise which she did on the world famous QE2 before joining the QM2 for her inaugural Cruise in 2004. Caroline really does have a wealth of knowledge when it comes to cruising as she has worked on Holland America Line, Princess Cruise Line, P&O Cruises and Carnival Cruise Line and will be more than able to help you to plan your dream holiday with Cruiseabout.

Jess Rendell

Team Leader, Jessica Rendell prides herself on building lasting relationships with her clients, ensuring she always has their best interests at heart when planning their holiday. Jessica recognises that each of her clients have different travel preferences and through her extensive product training and first hand travel knowledge she is confident in accommodating all these preferences. Jessica openly admits to being a travel addict and enjoys the lasting memories a holiday creates. She has travelled extensively throughout The America's, Asia, Europe, Pacific and Africa. Brad Hanna

Brad Hanna has over 6 years experience in the Travel Industry including 2 years as an International Cabin Crew member. His time spent as a cabin crew member allowed him to expand his destination knowledge and gave him the opportunity to visit many overseas destinations multiple times. Brad's experience as a cruise specialist includes personal experiences on board many Cruise lines, including and not limited to QE2, Superstar Gemini, Rhapsody of the Seas, Statendam and more. Brad treats your holiday as if it were his own, ensuring you a memorable experience on any trip!

Natasha Orpwood

Team leader Natasha, has 6 years experience with Flight Centre Ltd. Natasha joined Cruiseabout in July of 2011. She has travelled through Europe, worked and lived in the United Kingdom and has also travelled to the USA, Asia and the Pacific. Natasha has cruised with Carnival Cruise Lines on the Carnival Splendor, through the Mexican Riveria and on the Royal Caribbean Radiance of the Seas. Her passion for travel and her knowledge and experience will see you off on the holiday of your dreams.

Michelle Kearney

Assistant team leader Michelle Kearney has worked in travel for 2 years. She has joined us from Flight Centre. Michelle has travelled extensively through Europe, United Kingdom, USA and Canada where she worked in the Ski Fields at Whistler. She has also travelled through Asia and the South Pacific. Her most recent cruise was on the Norwegian Cruise Line, Pride of America cruising through Hawaii. Michelle's passion is travel and helping her clients plan their dream holiday. Kylie Fleming

Kylie has 3 year travel industry experience and has a vast knowledge of Princess cruises as well as P & O. She has also sailed on the Carnival Fascination through the Caribbean. Kylie's travels have also taken her to Europe where she did Greek Island hopping she has vistited Asia, the South Pacific and the USA. During her time in the USA Kylie visited Toronto and New York. At present Kylie is working towards her ICCA accreditation.

Clarissa Torrisi

Clarissa joins us from Carnival Cruises where she has worked on many of their ships for the past 3 years. She has cruised through Mexico, the Caribbean and Bahamas and was recently based on the Carnival Ecstasy sailing from Galverston, Texas. Prior to her time onboard the Carnival ships Clarissa has also travelled to Italy, Egypt the Middle East and the South Pacific.

Jan Hogerhuis

Jan worked in the hospitality industry for around twenty years in a variety of roles. He started as an apprentice in five star restaurants in Holland and Switzerland and has worked in the Sydney catering scene with chefs like Matt Moran and Neill Perry. He was catering manager for three venues during the Sydney Olympics. Having worked and travelled extensively throughout Europe and being in need for a career change, a job at Flight Centre as an international travel consultant seemed the logical thing to do. Jan now has 4 years of experience as a travel agent and moved to Cruiseabout a year ago. Cruising has now become his main focus and has turned into a passion.

Simon Cesare

Simon has been travelling extensively in the past 6 years, from working as a Personal Trainer onboard the NCL Spirit in the Caribbean islands; bar tending the Ski hills in the Canadian Rocky Mountains, to Personal Training in Stockholm, Sweden. In between these locations he has travelled South East Asia and Europe looking for fun fuelled adventures. His excitement and friendly personality helps his customers feel that their new adventure is in great hands!

Thomas Jones

Tom has been with Flight centre Limited for the past 4 years, and is passionate about travel, having previously worked as a Manager with British Airways for 4 years in the United Kingdom. Tom’s passion for travel started sixteen years ago with a trip to the USA as a lifeguard and counsellor teaching children for Camp America. His travel expanded and he lived and worked in the United Kingdom for eight years, working with British Airways and First Choice Holidays. During his stay in the UK, Tom visited Malta, Holland, and France for holidays. On leaving the UK in 2005 to return to live in Australia, Tom completed a worldwide trip extensively touring countries in the USA, Egypt, Italy, and New Zealand over a three month period. Tom has honeymooned on Royal Caribbean in the Caribbean. Tom is delighted to bring his extensive knowledge to Cruiseabout Biggera Waters, and can assist with all your needs from flights, hotels, tours, and cruises. Tom prides himself on attention to detail and his friendly and professional service, and his customers always come back again and again for their next fantastic holiday.

Joanne Rea

Manager, Jo Rea, began her career in the travel industry in 1994. She experienced her first cruise to the South Pacific in 1985 and had been hooked ever since. Along with her vast cruise knowledge, Jo has travelled extensively throughout the USA, United Kingdom, Europe, Tahiti, Japan, Hong Kong, Hawaii and the South Pacific. While Jo has extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of travel, she is especially passionate about cruising. Her attention to detail and focus on the seemingly little things that can make all the difference will please even the most discerning traveller.

Leah Mitchell

Leah Mitchell has spent over 15 years in both wholesale and retail sectors of the travel industry. Leah's passion for travel began 20 years ago when she visited Japan as an exchange student. She began her career in the travel industry as a reservations consultant for a wholesale touring company where she soon progressed to Reservations Manager. During this time she travelled extensively throughout Western Europe and South East Asia.

Itchy feet saw Leah take off on an overseas working holiday and travel to Russia, Scandinavia, Eastern Europe and to Prague - one of her favourite cities in the world. After working in both the UK and Canada, Leah returned to Australia and joined Flight Centre in 1994. Her travels have continued to take her to all parts of the globe including South America, the Greek Islands, Mexico, USA, Tahiti and South Africa.

Leah now continues her passion for travel by specialising in her love of cruising. She has most recently cruised with P&O, Princess, Oceania and Royal Caribbean. Her many years of experience in organising European touring, cruises and independent travel, along with extensive airfare knowledge and a strong commitment to exceptional customer service, will ensure your next holiday will be a fabulous experience from start to finish.

Marion Rolfe

Marion Rolfe comes to us with an abundance of experience from working onboard cruise ships for over nine years. She worked onboard Princess Cruises as Shore Excursion Manager and has extensive first-hand knowledge of the ports and shore tours in Alaska, Hawaii, Mexican Riviera, Panama Canal, Caribbean, Canada/New England, South America, Amazon, Mediterranean, Black Sea, British Isles, Norway and the South Pacific. She has also traveled extensively in the United Kingdom and Europe and also visited Kenya and Costa Rica.

Some highlights of her time at sea include the engineering marvel of the Panama Canal, the breath-taking beauty of Glacier Bay in Alaska, swimming with dolphins in Mexico, standing in awe of the ancient ruins of Ephesus in Turkey and visiting the mysterious Macchu Pichu and Easter Island in Chile.

Lyndall Hall

Lyndall recognises that each client has their own particular travel dreams and desires and through her extensive product training and first hand travel knowledge she is confident in creating a unique travel experience for her clients. Travelling extensively through Europe, America, Asia and the Pacific, and working in the travel industry for several years, Lyndall is passionate about cruising and is working towards attaining her ICCA Masters accreditation.

Glenn Whitford

Glenn Whitford Store Manager, joined Cruiseabout in June 2011 after a rapid rise in Flight Centre Limited. First joining the travel industry in February 2010 after having spent over 30 years in Sales Management both in Australia and Internationally, Glenn is passionate about providing amazing service to his customers. At last count he had visited 43 countries and has a million memories and experiences to share. He has cruised the Mediterranean, sailed with Captain Cook Cruises on their 108ft clipper around Fiji, crossed the ditch from NZ to Australia aboard Diamond Princess and cruised the Great Barrier Reef. Jules Montgomery

Jules decided to embark on her second career 17 years ago and joined the travel industry. She is an International Cruise Council Accredited Cruise Specialist as well as a group travel specialist. Jules recently transferred from Flight Centre parent company to the Cruiseabout specialist brand. Her adventures have included sailing on Pacific Dawn, Diamond Princess, Star Cruises, Holland America, Rhapsody of the Seas, P & O UK Aurora and Arcadia just to name a few. Her best trips are France, Middle East and Alaska ! If you're looking for your next cruise Jules has it covered.

Shannon Hughes

Shannon began her travel career at Flight Centre and gained a great knowledge of the air side of the travel industry, but she has a real passion for cruising and that has been carried over to Cruiseabout. From her first P&O cruise she was addicted, and has taken at least one cruise every 6 months since. Adding to this first hand experience, Shannon has also achieved her status in the P&O Captain's Club, as well as completing significant levels of Princess Cruises and Royal Caribbean Cruise Academies. She has travelled throughout the UK, Asia and South Pacific. You can be assured that Shannon will be able to arrange all aspects of your cruise holiday, including flights, land tours and more.

Angelina Briscoe

Angelina brings with her over 20 years of customer service experience and a passion for all things travel with extensive cruise knowledge and is an ICCA accredited member. Recently appointed Assistant Team leader, being with Indooroopilly since it's opening in October 2011. Angelina caught the travel bug many years ago whilst travelling extensively throughout Europe, the UK, Asia, Hawaii and also cruising the South Pacific. These adventures have formed the invaluable knowledge and experience that ensure that she can best assist customers in planning for their next holiday destination.

Damian Clark

Store Manager Damian Clark has been involved in the travel Industry for the past 8 years. His love for cruise began in 2003, when he was employed with Carnival Cruise Lines as a casino dealer. This saw him travel all over the world, cruising through the Mediterranean, Caribbean / Bahamas and the Mexican Riviera. Returning home after 3 years on the high seas and 1 year travelling the UK and Europe, Damian has since worked for Flight Centre and recently opened Cruiseabout Q Supercentre on the Gold Coast.

Travel and Cruise are his ultimate passion, and he believes once you experience your first cruise, you will hooked! His knowledge and experience, combined with personalised service, will see you off on the cruise holiday of your dreams in no time.

Alesha Burden

Alesha is new to the Cruiseabout brand and brings with her over fifteen years of customer service experience. She has had many years of first-hand personal industry experience and has a vast knowledge of Princess Cruises. Working for Princess cruises for four years as a casino dealer has taken her to many exciting destinations throughout the world including: the Mediterranean, Caribbean, New Zealand, Alaska, America and the South Pacific- just to name a few. Alesha is very passionate about all things related to travel and loves the unique experience that cruising has to offer. Her passion, knowledge and personal travel experience will see you off on the holiday of your dreams.

Jennifer Neville

Part time cruise specialist Jennifer has just returned to the travel industry. Jen has previously worked with the Flight Centre and has been an Assistant Team Leader in Bowral in the Southern Highlands and then Team Leader in Spring Street, Sydney. Instead of returning to her role at Dreamworld as Events Manager after having her family, Jen decided to come back to what she loves.........travel and joined the Cruiseabout brand in August 2011.

Having travelled extensively throughout Australia, Canada, the USA, Europe and Africa Jen lives vicariously through planning her clients exciting holidays around the world with her expertise and knowledge assisting them to get the best holiday at the best price. Jen's customer service and meticulous planning will ensure you have the holiday of a lifetime.

Julie Malane

Julie Malane has been in the travel industry since 1987, having started with one of the first ever Flight Centres on the Gold Coast in Surfers Paradise.

Throughout her travel industry years, Julie has travelled extensively. Julie has visited South America, United States of America, Hawaii, UK, Europe, Asia - Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Bali and the Pacific including Noumea, Vanuatu, Fiji, Tahiti and New Zealand.

Julie has cruised on several of the P & O ships as well as Star Cruises Superstar Leo.

Apart from her family of husband and three children, Julie's passion is travelling and thoroughly enjoys planning her client's cruise holidays including airfares, pre and post accommodation, tours and travel insurance.

Ellen Eastwood

Ellen has 20 years of experience and an extensive knowledge of all facets of the travel industry, having made her start in 1990. As an ICCA accredited cruise consultant, Ellen has experience cruising the Nile, in the South Pacific with P&O, Star Cruises in Asia, MSC in the Mediterranean and more.

Having lived and worked in the UK for 12 months, Ellen has travelled extensively and from her ten years working with Flight Centre and Escape Travel, brings with her an incredible amount of experience and knowledge.

Ellen is very passionate about all things related to travel and loves the unique experience that cruising offers, she can help you make your next cruise holiday amazing.

Katrina Imbruglia

Team Leader, Katrina Imbruglia, has joined Cruiseabout after fourteen years in the Flight Centre family as a leisure travel consultant.  She has cruised in Australia, Asia and Europe, and travelled extensively in more than thirty countries.

Some of her favourite travel moments include watching the sun rise over Angkor Wat, tracking a hungry leopard in Kruger National Park, exploring standing stone circles in the Orkney Isles and cruising out of a glittering Hong Kong harbour at sunset.

Katrina loves working with her clients to create their perfect holiday on land or at sea.

Sally Barron

Sally started her travel career over 20 years ago in her adopted homeland of South Africa - she still frequently visits and never tires of seeing the Big Five in the wild!

She has also lived in the UK from where she travelled extensively in Europe, the Caribbean and the East Coast of America. Sally moved to Australia in 2006 and has already enjoyed exploring the Hunter Valley , Hamilton Island and Melbourne.

She has personal experience of P&O's Pacific Dawn and Pacific Sun, and Holland America Line's Amsterdam and Vollendam, and believes that cruising is addictive - you unpack once, see multiple destinations, can keep fit and meet long lasting friends!

With so many world class liners arriving in Australian waters, Sally is keen to provide you with a complete package, not just the cruise, and is able to tailor any itinerary no matter what size.

Lee Prescott

Lee started her career in travel working onboard cruise ships as a Port Lecturer in the Caribbean. Having recently returned to Australia, Lee brings a wealth of experience from her time working overseas. Lee has travelled extensively around the Bahamas, USA, The Keys, Singapore, Thailand, Bali, Langkawi Island, Pacific Islands and New Zealand.

Ian Long

Ian has spent the last 9 years working onboard cruise ships for Princess Cruises, P&O UK & P&O Australia travelling to all 7 continents, sailing around the globe 3 times, including over 60 Cruises in Alaska. With his intimate knowledge cruise ships and over 200 ports of call that he has visited, Ian can give you excellent insight and first hand knowledge on how to exceed the expectations of your cruise, no matter the destination.

Prior to working onboard cruise ships, Ian spent 2 years living and working in Denmark. He travelled extensively throughout Scandinavia and Europe, spent time in Africa, lived and worked in the UK and has also visited the remote inhabited archipelago on earth, Tristian De Cunha.

Emma Scott

Emma has travelled extensively throughout Europe having lived a year in the quaint medieval town of Cesky Krumlov in the Czech Republic. Prior to settling there she spent 6 months on the road in Italy, France, Spain, Switzerland, Germany & Austria. On her way to Europe she experienced Thailand and Cambodia. Prior to being a globe trotter Emma was running the Signature Restaurants' kitchen on Hamilton Island where she lived in the wonderful Whitsunday’s for a year and a half. Her hospitality background ensures that her journeys are orientated around food, wine and coffee.

On arrival back in Australia, needing a change in scenery she joined the Flight Centre group a year and a half ago and has just moved into the Cruiseabout family. Her attention to detail and charming persona ensures a smooth holiday.

Jo Tatton

With over 15 years experience in customer service, Jo is committed to providing the highest level of customer service possible. Jo’s travel experience is varied, with her favourite destinations being the Hawaiian Islands and South East Asia. Jo’s first experience with cruising was seeing the Queen Victoria on her Maiden voyage in Honolulu.

Jo spent 2 years as a successful corporate & leisure travel consultant. She brings to the Cruiseabout Noosa an extensive knowledge of airfares and touring, thus able to complement any cruise component and offer a variety of cruise deals.

Jo is passionate about cruising and is currently working towards attaining her ICCA Masters accreditation.

Rosemary Preston

Rosemary has been working in the travel industry for the last 11 years, specialising in Cruise for the last 4. She has travelled extensively throughout Asia, South America, Europe and the South Pacific. She has been fortunate enough to cruise the Med, Alaska and the South Pacific, as well as try river cruising in Europe and Russia.

Rosemary is an accredited cruise consultant with the International Cruise Council of Australasia, and likes to keep her knowledge fresh by attending ship inspections whenever there is an opportunity. In addition to cruising on MSC, Princess, Royal Caribbean, P&O, Uniworld and Viking, she has inspected ships amongst the Cunard, Seabourn, Silversea, Oceania, Holland America, Regent Seven Seas and Crystal fleet.

Nicola Giles

Nicola has worked in the travel industry for 10 years, and selling cruise holidays for 5 years. She was previously employed by other wholesalers specialising in the cruise departments. Nicola has travelled to parts of Europe, North America, the Middle East, Asia, South Pacific and New Zealand. She has cruised on MSC Orchestra, MSC, Sinfonia, Radiance of the Seas and Legend of the Seas. Her favourite destination to holiday is Europe.

Tina Fitzroy

Tina has been in the travel industry for 5 years and has a passion for cruising. She has extensive experience in all aspects of travel and cruising. Her personal travel experience includes the South Pacific, Hawaii, Alaska, USA, Europe, New Zealand, Asia, United Kingdom, as well as in and around Australia. In addition to cruising on Princess, Royal Caribbean, P&O, and Holland America, she has inspected ships amongst the Cunard, Regent Seven Seas, Celebrity, P&O World and Crystal fleets. Tina can assist with the complete package to help you book a memorable holiday.

Jessie Ackerman

Store Manager, Jessie Ackerman has been in the travel industry for over ten years, most recently as assistant manager of Explore Holidays Cruise. She has a passion for travel, culture, food and wine and has extensive destination and airfares knowledge aided by her years as a wholesaler, of both land and sea travel. Jessie has cruised with Norwegian Cruise Line, Royal Caribbean, Viking, Avalon, P&O & Holland America Line as well as experiencing numerous others while in port. Jessie has an award winning customer service record and is eager to continue this trend while at the new Cruiseabout Mosman store.

Nina Kikic

Nina has spent the last 2 years travelling extensively, joining Cruiseabout upon arriving home. Previously, Nina was employed as a wholesaler with Creative Holidays, specialising in their cruise & group travel department. Her European heritage makes her a natural choice for anyone looking for advice on the Mediterranean or overland European holidays. One of Nina's favourite holiday destinations is Hawaii, closely followed by the Caribbean.

Jacqui Heiron

Team Leader, Jacqui Heiron has been cruising since the age of 3 when she went on her first South Pacific cruise. Jacqui’s passion for cruising lead to her spending 6 years working for P&O and Princess Cruises which saw her cruise the South Pacific extensively as well as the Caribbean, Panama Canal, Mexican Riviera and Alaska. She has also travelled extensively to a range of other destinations including Asia, Europe, USA & South America. She is highly skilled having recently completed her ICCA Masters Certificate. Jacqui is very passionate about all things related to travel and loves the unique experience that cruising offers, her invaluable knowledge & experience will make you next holiday amazing.

Claudette's cruise experience includes cruising on Royal Caribbean, Holland America, MSC, Princess Cruises, P&O Australia, Viking, and has inspected many more including the Cunard ships QM2 and Queen Victoria, Crystal, Regent Seven Seas, Oceania, Classical International. Destinations cruised include the Mediterranean, Egypt, Baja Mexico, South West Pacific, New Zealand, Indonesia, and European river cruising as well as travel to Turkey, Dubai, Kenya, South Africa, Mauritius, Tahiti, Asia, Hawaii and the USA. Robert Watson

Robert Watson is a highly qualified and experienced manager, having, spent some 35 years in the industry. He was originally with Alitalia and then began his own corporate agency, Nova Travel, in Melbourne. This was followed with a role as Manager of Traveland Erina on the New South Wales Central Coast. Robert's most recent position was NSW Business Development Manager for Traveland, looking after some 22 retail stores. Robert holds his Masters Certificate from the International Cruise Council and is also the NSW representative of the International Cruise Council of Australia.

Janette Wall

Janette Wall has been in the travel industry for nine years. She has extensive airfare and land arrangement experience to complement any cruise package. Janette has cruised the Mediterranean, the North Sea, Asia, the Mexican Riviera, French Polynesia, the Pacific Islands and coastal Australia. She has worked for a variety of reputable shipping lines such as P&O, P&O UK, Princess, Star Cruises, Crystal Cruises, Royal Caribbean and Bora Bora Cruises, as well as having inspected most ships that have come into Sydney. Janette also holds her Masters Certificate from the Cruise Council of Australia.

Jennifer Saberton

Jennifer Saberton has had over 25 years of travel experience including specialising in cruising for the past 20 years within both the retail and wholesale sectors. She has travelled on numerous cruises throughout the world including Antarctica, Alaska, Mexican Riviera, Transatlantic, Mediterranean, Nile River, Amazon River, Caribbean, Asia and the South Pacific. Jenny has sailed most recently on the Orion, Aurora and Carnival Pride where she successfully completed her Masters qualifications for the International Cruise Council.

Linda Laing

Originally from British Columbia in Canada, Linda Laing began her Australian travel career 37 years ago. One of her first positions in Australia was with the well known cruise brand, P&O Cruises. Linda has vast experience in airfares and add-on land arrangements, enabling her to offer the complete cruise travel package. Her most recent cruise experiences have been with Oceania Cruise Lines, Peregrine in Antarctica, Star Cruises and Norwegian Cruise Lines. Linda also holds her Masters Certificate from the Cruise Council of Australia.

Mary Kelly

Mary Kely joined the travel industry straight from school in 1972 as a retail travel agent with Grace Bros Travel. After ten years there she moved on to a different side of the industry, joining Insight Tours in Sydney and looking after group travellers. In 1989 Mary took her group experience to Insight's office in Toronto, Canada.

Mary's five years with Insight's Toronto office was one of the highlights of her life to this day - she loved the people, the climate and the true four seasons. Returning from Canada in 1994, Mary moved into the growing cruise industry back in Sydney, working with Celebrity Cruises and then Festival Cruises. Missing direct client contact, she returned to retail consulting and has been happy working as a Cruise Specialist for the last four years.

Mathew Ditchburn

After a year travelling Europe Mat based himself in the UK and spent four years in the travel industry whilst travelling the remainder of Europe along with many other places like The Mediterranean, The Caribbean, North Africa & USA.

Mat has travelled the globe extensively in all forms from backpacking, coach tours, rail, self drive's, group tours, motor home's through to 7 star hotels in Dubai but his passion remains with cruising, Mat's cruise experience includes Australia, Asia, Baltic's, Egypt, Eastern & Western Caribbean, Central & Southern Mediterranean, United Kingdom & Ireland.

Mat has cruised on the larger ships with Royal Caribbean, P&O Europe, Celebrity Cruises including the launch of Equinox, also MSC and Cunard along with some of the smaller boutique cruise lines such as Silverseas, Seabourn and day visits on many others. Now back in home in Perth he is happy to share his experience and passion for cruising and put together the perfect land or cruise package for your next holiday in any destination.

Lucia Marchese

Senior Travel Consultant, Lucia has over 20 years experience in the travel industry. Lucia's passion for travel has seen her journey all over the world. She is happy to share her knowledge and experiences to create the perfect trip for you. Her most memorable cruise has been an around the world cruise taking in The Panama Canal. Cruising the Panama was just an unforgettable experience that everyone, she says should experience at least once in their lifetime. Lucia also speaks fluent Italian and has travelled widely in Italy, Singapore, Bangkok, Thailand, Bali and Malaysia. She is an accredited Cruise consultant and is currently working towards Cruise Master Accreditation from the International Cruise Council of Australia.

Mikhaila McCormack

Having parents who loved to travel, Mikhaila’s childhood was filled with trips to Bali, Malaysia, island hopping along Indonesia, and an around the world trip in a motor home! It was inevitable that as an adult, travel would be a part of her life. She has lived and worked in the UK and spent 6 years working on the Holland America Line and Windstar Cruises. Some of her many highlights of cruising all 7 continents are, a helicopter and glacier trek in Alaska; piranha fishing and cuddling a sloth in the Amazon; the breathtaking scenery and wildlife of Antarctica; swimming in the Blue Lagoon in Reykjavík, Iceland; being able to visit the most southern and most northern settlements in the world; circumnavigating South America; and cruising the Northern polar ice cap, twice!

Now back in Perth, Mikhaila is putting up her itchy travel feet to join Cruiseabout, Cottesloe. She is very excited that her extensive first-hand knowledge of the cruising experience will help her to create an amazing holiday for you.

Erin Wilson

Erin Wilson has been with the Flight Centre family since 2007 when she returned home from a 2 year working holiday around Australia. During this time Erin discovered her passion for travel and has since visited countries all over the world. Her most memorable experiences include an amazing African safari, learning to ski in Canada and cruising the Mediterranean.

Erin is very excited about expanding the Cruiseabout brand in Western Australia and is focused on providing the highest level of service.

Jo Mcilvena

Jo Mcilvena is a new addition to the Flight Centre/Cruiseabout Team. Jo has recently returned to Mandurah after five years working onboard cruise ships. She has literally sailed the seven seas, working with Carnival Cruise Lines onboard Cunard, Princess Cruise Line and Holland America Line. Jo has been to Canada and Alaska, Mexican Riviera, Panama and Suez Canal, South Pacific including Hawaii, the Bahamas and the Caribbean, Mediterranean, Canary Islands, Madeira and many more. This has enabled her to gain extensive first-hand experience and knowledge.

Jessica Turnor

Jessica has a major passion for all things travel! With 5 years of customer service experience, Jessica will go above and beyond to help you with every aspect of your holiday experience. Jessica caught the travel bug whilst travelling throughout Europe, the UK, and Asia. She has been on three cruise ships and is a true cruise convert and believes it really is the best way to holiday. Pintip Suthayakhom

Pintip has worked for Flight Centre Limited for 3 years. She is committed to providing the highest quality of customer service possible. Her travel experience is varied and extensive, having traveled through Europe, Asia, North America, New Zealand and Australia. Gillian Woodley

Gillian has been in the travel industry for 15 years and has extensive travel experience and knowledge. Her amazing travel experiences include challenging trekking holidays like the Kokoda track, Everest Base Camp and the Inca Trail in Peru, to the luxurious Blue Train and Sun City Palace in South Africa. Gillian has parasailed into the Zigby Bay Resort in Oman, visited the Lost City of Petra in Jordan, and floated down the Mekong Delta on a river cruise.

Her expertise is not only in cruise, but in putting together complex air itineraries and all types of travel products including rail, self-drive, independent walking and cycling. Gillian has cruised in some of the most beautiful places in the world, including Alaska, the Mexican Riviera, Fiji, Malaysia & Thailand, Vietnam and Hong Kong, Egypt and the Eastern Caribbean. Katherine Hall

Katherine joined us in November 2011 after a successful start to her career at Flight Centre. Growing up in Fiji, her love for travel and cruises started at a young age. After exploring the South Pacific and travelling extensively through Asia, Katherine hopes to explore Alaska and Norway in the next year. Katherine recently enjoyed being on board Radiance of the Seas and the Celebrity Century and is looking forward to going on board the Silverseas Whisper early next year. Coming from a background in law, Katherine has a high attention to detail and enjoys finding you the perfect cruise, as well as the challenge of putting together complete packages from start to finish to make your holiday the one you have always dreamed of.
